When they did show up they would come work for maybe one hour then leave. The dad came one day reeking of alcohol and the son apologized for him. They would say they were coming back the next day then no show. It took over a week and a half to complete the work that should've been done in one day. You would think a lawn maintenance company would have their own lawn equipment however I was told their mower was down. He had to use my husband's garden tiller, wheelbarrow and tarp. Family members witnessed them throwing the debris over the fence in to my neighbors yard. He left a huge pile of leaves in my husband's wheelbarrow. And after all of this he still had not completed the work that he quoted me he was going to do. I told him since he had not completed all of it that I would pay him to 275 Because those items were not completed he agreed and left. Told him I would no longer need his services. Then I receive a call from the father cursing me. He said if I didn't pay an additional $200 they were going to bring all the debris back. Next day they showed up at my home with all the debris loaded on the trucks attempting to unload it in front of my home. We had to call the police . When I say run, don't walk away from these people, I mean it!!! They are absolutely horrible. They should not be doing lawns or working with the public at all. The job was done as promised and the price was reasonable. They had to re wire the entire yard, and run new lines, add new heads, etc. I then asked them to landscape the yard; grade and seed and mulch the natural areas. It was done as quoted and on time. They gave us a fair quote and said they would return within the week. They came back as promised with a crew of about 8-9 guys/women and the job to cut down and grind one stump took 45 minutes. Their mascot dog named Khaki was adorable, she supervised the whole crew and never strayed. They were wonderful.. Like a well oiled machine. Everyone had their specific task to do, from actually cutting down the tree, to putting it in the chipper, to cleaning up and leaf blowing. That's where the great service ended. we had to keep reaching out for the initial contract and once we did we had to get it corrected several times. Once we got started, the first couple of treatments to the lawn went well, but then the quality and cadence of the lawn care fell off tremendously. It got to a point where we were getting letters from the HOA about our weeds (this had never happened prior to using the service). After paying approximately $2k, we ended the contract. What was most disappointing though was that after we paid, we received a notice from them that said they were going in a different direction with their business model. Wish I would have gone to another vendor before shelling out the money we did. They did help remediate a trouble spot in the lawn that was messed up by the county fixing a concrete walkway, but other than that, I expected more. I do believe them to be good people and hope that this is an anomaly.
