It was roomy, had two poles (lol) and leather seats. The neon lights gave a night club feel and totally helped to create a party vibe. There was a cup holder behind each seat that contained a small plastic cup with a napkin for our drinks. There was also an ice chest which came in handy. We were able to connect our phones to Bluetooth so that we could play music. After a few drinks, some fun was had on those poles haha. The ride was a little bumpy getting out of Montrose (potholes), but once we got on the freeway, it was smooth sailing. I appreciated the partition behind the driver because it gave us some privacy. I can't recall our driver's name (I think it was Tim), but he got us to each location safely and on time. Thank you Sam's for elevating our bar crawl experience!

If I had any questions they were able to answer them. The bus driver that my Daughter had was just as sweet and really cared. She would go out of her way to make sure my daughter was taken care of and she didn't even know that my daughter was a first time bus rider. You are able to make your payment to them online which is convenient for me. The schools they provide transportation to are; Bonner Elem., Park Place Elem., Patterson Elem., Rucker Elem., Ortiz Middle, W.I. Stevenson Middle & Chavez High School.

They came back 3 times telling me it was a problem with my birth certificate. I leave in less then 2 weeks. I got online and made a appointment with the Houston agency. Got a appointment the very next day! The process was so easy, the employees were very polite and very professional. I provided them with the same documents that I sent over to the Chicago agency. My appointment was at 8am, I got there at 7:30am and was out a hour later. They told me to come back at 1pm to pick up my passport, I was eating lunch at got a text message at 12 noon stating that my passport was ready for pick up. This agency was so amazing and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would because they definitely deserve it!

There's also street parking nearby available after rush hour ends for about $2/hr. Security: You will have to go through security to enter the building and that's what causes the line to back up out the door. There is a metal detector to walk through and you put your bag through one - airport style They do make you take all electronics out of your bags. Belts, watches, etc come off but not shoes (thank goodness) . Make sure to leave nail files, lighters, etc in your car Getting to the passport office: The passport office is in the 4th floor. There are 2 sets of elevators so make sure you're waiting for the right one. The lower levels one is on the further end from security. When you get upstairs the guard will check your reservation confirmation and tell you what line to get in. From there it's just showing what they ask at the window then going to the next place they tell you . Other info: Apparently there is somewhere to take passport photos on site for a fee Everyone was very polite and friendly which I wasn't necessarily expecting ! I arrived to the building at 7:40am and was at the 4th floor by about 8:05am. I was done by 8:30am which was actually my appointment time. I recommend arriving early! When I came to pickup my passport at about it 2pm there were no lines anywhere

It is located right across the street from the light rail station (called strangely enough the TMC Transit Center stop). There is an app to get virtual tickets to ride the buses and trains. It costs $1.25 to be able to use for 2 hours, and $3.00 for unlimited use until 2 am the next day. Most people we noticed were scanning a card, but it seemed for visitors, the app was the best way to go (you need to show the activated screen to the bus driver as you enter). And there are no checks at the train stations. There are a lot of buses coming through here, many at very frequent intervals. The various bus stops didn't seem to have any pattern...we had to just keep walking around until we found the right bus number. Even then it wasn't clear always clear which direction the bus was supposed to go. But because the buses seemed to come around frequently, it would make sense to make sure the bus you were going on is the right direction. My nephew happens to live in an apartment building right next door, so very convenient for him (and he rides free as a student).

I have heard about B Cycle and occasionally seen the bike racks in the downtown area but never had…read morea reason to use them. This past weekend I found a reason. I rented a bike from a stand next to City Hall to ride around the Buffalo Bayou area and some parts of downtown. This was such an easy process. You go up to the kiosk and touch the screen to wake the machine up. You purchase a 24 hour pass for $5 using a credit card. Then your first 60 minutes of rental is free. You can extend the free use of the bike by checking it back in to ANY kiosk before your original 60 minute period ends and then immediately checking it back out for a new 60 minute period. In other words by paying $5 for the 24 hour pass that can be your only cost to rent a bike. If you go over your 60 minute period they charge you $2 for every extra 30 minutes. Very affordable! The bikes come with a basket on the front to stow gear. They have 3 speeds and have an adjustable seat and attached bike lock. I found the seat to be adequate in comfort. The bike lock is very handy when you stop somewhere and want to secure your bike like I did when I had lunch. The brakes and gear shifts worked well also. On the bike is listed Houston B Cycles' customer service number to call if you have any questions or maintenance issues. I recommend downloading the B Cycle app on your smartphone. The app does many things to help with your rental. Primarily, it gives you the locations of every bike rack kiosk in your city as B Cycle is located in several cities in the US. Not only does it show you where every kiosk is located, it also shows you in real time how many bikes are available at that kiosk and also how many empty stalls are open for you to return your bike to. Remember you don't have to return your bike to the kiosk you rented it from BUT you have to return your bike to a kiosk that has an empty stall. That's where the app can really be helpful. Usually every kiosk will have an empty stall for you to return your bike. I give B Cycle 5 stars because it is so easy to use and so affordable. Whether you use it for pleasure or your personal transportation needs its convenience cannot be overstated.
