Owner Gary Shirey is the nicest and most inspirational person you will ever meet. He's also a motivational speaker with quite a life story. Love him! My wife and I had the pulled pig and it was simply amazing. It was the best pulled pork I'd ever had anywhere. The take on how it was presented with the reverse sourdough roll and all of the flavors of the slaw and sauce and pork coming together. Yum!!!
