While the shop appears to excel in its core rental business--reflected in consistently positive customer reviews and a strong reputation for providing a smooth, enjoyable rental experience--the same level of performance does not seem to carry over to its sales and customer communication practices. In particular, the sales process felt less organized and attentive than expected. Communication around product availability, follow-up, and overall customer engagement could be improved to better match the high standard set by the rental side of the business. Clearer, more proactive communication and a more structured approach to sales would likely enhance customer confidence and satisfaction. Given the success of the rental operation, there is a strong foundation to build upon. I would suggest that by aligning the sales activity that has been primarily driven by the 2025/26 AVA rebate program to closely match what has been demonstrated in rentals would significantly strengthen the overall customer experience. In addition it appears based on investigation additional costs to consumers ( shipping and to some users higher assembly costs) were added when submitting a sales request via the AVA program. Based on these experiences I would not recommend using Pedego for the reminder of the 2026 AVA program.. I hope this constructive feedback is helpful and contributes to continued improvement.

I purchased the Wilson NBA DRV Plus Official Basketball (Size: 7), which was priced at $25.97. Upon arrival, I utilized the curbside service and parked in stall #1. I checked in via email and was brought out the basketball in less than 5 minutes. I was highly impressed by the swift service. The quality of the basketball was spectacular. It was filled properly with the correct amount of air. It dribbled so nicely on the basketball court within my neighborhood. I highly recommend stopping by Dick's Sporting Goods, especially to use the curbside service when it's convenient.

Walking into Dick's Sporting Goods to buy softball equipment for my daughter was honestly…read morestressful. I know nothing about softball, and trying to figure out cleats, bats, gloves, and sizes felt overwhelming fast. Last week I rushed in at the last minute trying to find cleats and thought I was going to lose my mind. Marlena helped us and she was wonderful. She stepped right in, helped us find the right cleats quickly, and immediately took the pressure off the situation. We came back this week because we still needed a bat and a few other things. Cat helped us this time and she was incredible. She took the time to measure my daughter and explain what size bat would actually work for her. That meant a lot because I truly had no idea what I was doing. What stood out most was how encouraging she was with my daughter. She didn't just help us buy equipment, she made my daughter feel excited and confident about playing. As a mom, that kind of encouragement means everything. The store was clean, organized, great value and the softball section had a lot of options which made it fun for my daughter to explore while we figured things out. People are the SWEETEST. Names: Marc, and Karen. They are so kind!! Me and my family go here almost every weekend. This little bike shop has food, and a mini bar area- and couches-tables. I recommend their Mac-in cheese. It is a cheese, creamy, savory, amazing dish. Overall, if you are looking for a chill nice place to play board games- chess, and eat food, or even to watch a football/basketball/tennis game this is the place to go.
