They called early to see if I was able to start earlier than discussed and that was okay, but don't know if that could have been a problem if I wasn't there. My house was respected and they didn't leave any messes that I had to deal with so that's good. I would use them again & would recommend them for basic jobs. The price seemed reasonable. I didn't really expect to be asked to tip and that wasn't what I had expected in the quote but overall they deserved it. A hard working team that seemed to want me to be satisfied. Thanks!!

I decided to go with Elite based on their Angie's list reviews and their prompt response. It was easy to schedule an appt with them. They showed up on time and explained the process to me. They also let me know up front that they may not be able to make the carpet look 100%. I appreciated their honesty. They were professional and friendly and got the job done quickly. As soon as they finished, the carpets looked brand new. I was amazed. The only thing I'm bummed about is that some of the previous stains have started to reappear and it's only been a couple days since they were cleaned. Overall though, I would highly recommend. The prices are good and they are reliable. The staff is very easy to work with and it's nice that they are a small, family-run business so you are always talking to the same person.

Kamran was very responsive and very pleasant to talk with through the process. He gave me a rundown of what cleaning service he was providing and was able to fit me in within a few days, given my personal moving goals. He kept in contact with me and gave me a closer time frame and double checked with me prior to the appointment. I, unfortunately, wasn't able to physically meet Kamran but my parents were there to let him in and Kamran was kind enough to still keep me updated on the process. The space that needed cleaning were 2 bedrooms and a staircase. Essentially the entirety of the upstairs is carpeted except for the bathroom and Kamran cleaned all of the carpet, including the landing and closets. I, myself, didn't even think to mention that as spaces that needed cleaning so I was very thankful that he cleaned those. There was some unexpected difficulties given how far my building was from the parking lot but Kamran handled everything well and still got the job done quickly and efficiently. Honestly, working with Arya Carpet Cleaning and Kamran was a great experience and I highly recommend them if you're looking for any type of carpet or upholstry cleaning! I look forward to using their services again and hopefully meeting Kamran in person next time!

We really didn't want to replace it so we thought we would try cleaning it really well. I've had Stanley Steamer clean the carpets as well as Puroclean, and I have my own steam vac, and it looks ok when it's done but not great. There are always those few grey areas that don't come up and we have paint splotches from self painting the walls, gum from the kids, and glitter glue, other bright red spots etc. We have 5 kids so it takes a beating. I decided to try Trusteam based on reviews. I'm so glad I did!!! They are NOTHING like the other carpet cleaning experiences I've had. My carpet looks new. Dan is the owner and he cleaned the carpet himself. He called after I scheduled the appointment on line and ran me through the process so I would know what to expect. He uses a little different system and it is unbelievable how well it worked. He left a few hours ago and I can't get over all the stuff he got out of my carpet. I can't see even one spot left. It was the best money I ever spent. Plus he is super nice, worked so hard he was totally sweating, and the type of small business guy that is working his tail off for his business. It was a fantastic experience and at a great price (I priced out Stanley Steamer and it was the same...but for a way better job). Thanks Dan for saving me $5,000 on new carpet.

2-3 weeks ago I was blessed to have another peaceful RHR Cleaning services. I shared my cleaning wishlist on the request form found online when you request service and I would say that it was fair and their approach to what I needed was excellent. They cleaned everything to my remembrance that I had on my list and my list seemed quite long. I believe it took the full time to clean and their detail to the small things mattered to me. I spoke to them about what I needed before they began to clean and they realistically shared what they could perform in the given time. When me and my little girl God home she was in aw, she kept trying to figure out if she was in the right home and kept saying mommy it's so clean "it is so cute". My only regret is that my money wasn't long enough to have given them a grand monetary tip and that my money is too short at this time to hire them to clean bi-weekly. They saved me so much time! Possibly hours. I will have them back at my home in August to help me with a very special project. To just establish more order. These ladies have restored a sense of balance and order into my life through their cleaning approach. They were amazing and extremely professional. The quality of work was perfect and communication I had with Dreama and was excellent. Great experience with Dreama and a great cleaning team who helped get my home back into shape.
