The process of booking a slot online was fairly straight forward, I booked in for a 1pm "saturday…read morepeak freestlye Jump session" for myself and my 5 year old brother. As a whole experience it was thoroughly enjoyable, the staff were friendly and was able to engage when asked a question. However I feel there prices for a 1 hour session (£12) is no less than extortionate. Not because of what I got, but what i didn't get... Once the session had finished I read back over the description of my session on the official ZAPspace website. On this it clearly states "ZAPspace gives you unlimited access to our 3 storey trampoline park for a full hour", but what it fails to tell you is WHY and or WHEN the 3rd storey may be unavailable! Rather than being able to enjoy the full experience which is what I paid for, everyone from this session was restricted to the 1st and 2nd floor only. I believe this was due to a sizable party which had commenced the same time as my session, but surely they should let you know that your NOT getting what you're paying for before the session started. By ZAPspace making absolutely no attempt to alert customers of the restrictions during this session this is what we missed out on: 1. The Deck Climb 2. Tumble Lane 3. Dodgball Area 4. Slam Dunk Zone 5. Jump Wall There's more! The official ZAPspace website failed to mention the age restriction on the Drop Slide (8+ yrs Only) leaving my brother disappointed when told "your not old enough". I do plan to go again as it is great fun for both the adult and child, however next time I will be more weary. I suggest to anyone who plans on booking a slot to call in and ask customer services whether you will have full access on the day!

Oxygen Freejumping is one of the worst trampoline park that I've ever visited. I really love…read morejumping but in Oxygen you cannot jump freely. They sell more tickets that they have places for jumping. If you want to leave you clothes in a locker you must by a lucky guy becouse there are only a few lockers (because they don't have keys to many lockers). There are a lot of broken trampolines in Oxygen Freejumping. And those that are functional are not so good like in Polish Trampoline Parks. I think this pleace is very dangerous because in one hour there are so many people and sometimes they are jumping together on the same trampoline - children are jumping on the other children. And staff don't care about that. The Oxygen Freejumping is one of the worst places I've ever seen.

It is as you would expect: a lot of trampolines with a foam pit, basketball hoops and giant air bag. It was busy but not overly so (I think the early slots are quieter) with a good ratio of staff to customers. I disagree with the other reviewers who state there are a lot of broken trampolines (there was only one) and that no safety briefing is given (one was). After 45 mins we were all exhausted and the location meant we headed to Westfield after for food. All in all, a load of fun although you will ache afterwards!

The car park has plenty of car park spaces and even if that does become full you have plenty of off street parking, and even if you don't travel by car there is a bus stop directly outside the centre. I've only visited this gym in the mornings but considering I'm there early in the morning the staff are friendly, welcoming and even can crack a joke! The gym prides itself on the security and cleanliness as there are security cameras everywhere and a cleaner who is always whizzing around with her trolley cleaning. I swear in one corridor I must of seen 6 cameras on the ceiling! The changing room is clean, has several long mirrors and small and large lockers with access to the showers which has three assisted showers as well as 8 cubical showers, and this is just the women's changing room. I can imagine the men's changing room is like for like. There is a large hall with is divided when classes are booked, mainly used for badminton , tennis, even trampolining. There's a exercise room where they normally hold aerobic, body pump, yoga, Pilates, Zumba classes. There are a lot more classes but you will need to check out the timetable on the website. Then there is the gym. It is smaller than you expect when you see the size of the building but you have a view of the car park and their exercise machinery is slowly modernising to the standard of their other centres. I've never had an issue fighting to get into machinery as the gym is never busy and the regulars that go there is a wide range of ages and all at different levels of fitness! So don't worry it's not your typically tanned and toned gym goers and it's also not a fashion parade, you can feel comfortable here working off a sweat and stretching in your Lycra!

After paying, we were left to find out for ourselves that the pool was closed down to one lane for ten people, with the rest of the pool left empty. The life guards then started to kick out the slowest of the swimmers before the session was half way through due to two swimmers trying to over take all the others. On the website there are strict rules of no overtaking but it was the slower swimmers who were kicked out. No where on the website does it state that you need to go as fast as you can and that everyone needs to keep up with the fastest swimmer! Let alone the fact that they squeezed us all into one lane. the staff were incredibly rude demanding the slower swimmers to "leave now" when asking why we need to leave, we were told that we were all keeping up the two fast swimmers. This is a huge disappointment due to the excitement of the pool reopening. Maybe if you can't stick to your own rules it would be best to stay closed until this virus has all blown over. It's terrible to advertise one service online, pay for that service and then be rudely told to "leave now" with the horrible attitude one of the staff members had. Hopefully they will clean up their act, but until then I would suggest giving it a miss unless you're the fastest swimmer in your class.
