This is a large indoor play area for kids. My two boys had a lot of fun there. There are age separate areas which is great even if it does make it hard when you have two not in the same group. Babies, up to 3, little kids up to 5, and the rest of the place for I think up to 8 years old. With my help my little guy (currently not yet 2) could even do the big part and loved the big ball pit. For me and my two kids to get in was around 10 pounds and we were only there about and hour and a half. In fairness, they would have stayed longer but I can only hack these places for so long. They do have a concessions stand but we didn't have food. They do forbid outside food and drink, though I saw people bringing in their own anyway. Also there is an outdoor area that looked really nice that we didn't get to. I am sure we will make it out there next time. Great place though a bit nerve racking when you can't find your kid in the mazes of craziness that go to the ceiling. All in all it was a good time and we will be checking it out again. read more

I had a party invite to this Snakes and Ladders having been to a few in the reading / slough area before. Its the same type of format, massive airplane hanger full of ways kids can jump around. Its split into 4 areas by age with the 4 are being an ouside section which i thought was a fantastic idea and a real favourite with my 5 yo girl. Kids will not fail to enjoy. There is a food area and plenty of seats for you to read a paper etc if your happy enough to let your kids go wild :-) Toy shop area as you leave but kids to knackered to even spot it - LOL As a point to note, you park in the main Syon Park area and walk over to the location. For children up to about the age of 8 or 9, this place is heaven.Living only half an hour away it was a staple in our list of places to go. It was a favourite for those half day afternoons at the end of term when several mums headed off with kids in tow to spend a few hours reading or chatting with a coffee whilst the children disappeared into multi coloured tunnels and ball pits never to be seen again.Rounding them up at the end of the afternoon was always a game in itself. I found that the heat and the noise could be blocked out after a bit and it was great for my son to be so energetically absorbed for so long.I always felt the supervision to be minimal but there was at least always someone at the top of the slide keeping an eye on things. Omg I am NEVER coming here again. I traveled so far to come here for a family get together to be charged £15....excuse me ... for what? £10.50 for my child & £4.50 for myself...for what as I'm not going to be running about ? So basically I have to pay £4.50 just to spectate?? I did kick up a fuss & said I hope I get a free coffee after paying this amount & the reply was no. Snakes and Ladders is a very popular attraction for children of all ages in Brentford. I'm not sure if is is linked with Syon House, which is only a hundred metres or so away, but it can serve as a destination in it's own right if you have children who need some physical activity. Young children should be accompanied, but it may be possible to leave older children in the outdoor Adventure Assault Course while you spend time next door. Probably worth checking that with the management first though. read more

A great place to go to for kids from 2 onwards (there is an area for under 2-3), the main area really being useful for kids 2+. My son never failed to like it, he releases his energy big time. I agree with all reviews. A few additions: 1. Food is very average. Frankly they could make an effort and raising the standards even if that would mean charging more. We never really want to eat anything there 2. They have an electric motocycle circuit. I always take my son there. We both site on the bike and he directs it. He loves it. 3. The place tend to be a bit cold in winter and hot in summer. 4. They organise birthday parties, they have dedicated rooms for that. It's pretty basic but the advantage is to have your own private area. Overall a must go specially if you live nearby. read more

Snakes and Ladders in Brentford is a huge indoor adventure play area suitable for children from 2 year to 12 years. There is a huge three tier play frame which includes slides, tunnels, ball ponds & ropes. There is a separate safe play area for toddlers and an outdoor Adventure Assault Course. This is the perfect place for children to let off steam. There is an indoor cafe which serves chips, coffee and juice but I have always taken a packed lunch and eaten it discreetly. The place isn't always very clean and you must insist on your children wearing shoes when they go to the toilet. It's great fun but arrive early and give it a miss during the height of summer as it gets too hot in there. read more

My kids absolutely loved coming here. Highly recommended. A little pricy, but worth the trip if you haven't been. The food is mediocre, but that's not why you come here anyway. The look of the outside building makes the place look like a dump. They also have a loyalty scheme, but it's a bit restrictive and it wasn't really worth my time. read more

BOY..has this place gone down hill or what!!!!!! I have been coming here since my oldest son was three, he is now sixteen. I decided to bring my nephews here who are 6 and 7 years old, remembering how fun it used to be back then for my son. (ok so it was about 4 years ago that I last came here!!!!!!) but still there is no excuse for a place to go so dramatically down hill. 1. They now charge ADULTS as well as children an entry fee!!!!!! 2. It was absolutely packed to the point of dangerous!!!! 3. The place was filthy, I mean REALLY filthy. On part of the play area it STANK of pooh to the point of where I was heaving, I told a member of staff and it took someone 20 mins to sort it out. The toilets are no better. 4. The food and drinks are so over priced and are of poor quality. 5. The staff are so rushed of their feet it is ridiculous and none of them look older than 18. It's such a shame that this once lovely place has turned into such a dump!!!!!!!! read more

An indoor adventure play area In Brentford which does get very crowded so go there early. A popular party venue too - they give you play time in the main area (not segregated) and then a private party room with the usual little snack box party food. bring your own cake. it makes for a really easy party despite not being particularly glamorous. there are also indoor go carts so do bring a supply of pound coins. It's particularly good for a Sunday morning when you can sit and have a coffee right and read the paper right next to the play area. The area is supervised, but its the usual grumpy seaside teenagers so keep an eye - especially as there is a spooky area down under that my older one loved and my younger just couldn't take. read more

A vast, aircraft hangar of a building, containing a massive, multi-storey soft play area, our children love this place. There are smaller play areas for younger children, but our two soon outgrew those, and were charging around the main section with enthusiasm. As parents though, we find it difficult to share that enthusiasm. The noise levels of so many excited children is unbelievable, inducing headaches almost instantly. The food is pretty dire unless you actually want to feed your already hyped-up offspring undercooked chips and coca-cola. There are several exits to the play area, so it's hard to keep track of the children, and security on the exit doors is sadly lacking. Not somewhere we'd take our children by choice, but occasionally, they pester us long enough for us to give in, and off we go, taking it in turns to watch the children or escape to the garden centre next door. read more

This place is a rip off i had to pay for myself and twin children that cant walk to go in and watch my elder six year old and the food they sell is rubbish and the juice is so watered down you might as well ask for water funky monkey in hounslow is so much better read more
