I had two flights booked with them one on December 19th and one on December 20th. When I asked to cancel the flight on December 19th they mistakenly canceled my flight on December 20th. After admitting to the mistake they then had me rebook the December 20th flight with them but still charged me a handling fee of 60 dollars even though they cancelled the wrong flight and did not even cancel the December 19th flight. I talked to another agent with them who admitted to the mistake but said there was nothing they could do and refused to allow me to speak to her supervisor or refund me the handling fee. NEVER BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK! I booked a flight From MDE to SCL with Flight Network on Jetsmart, October 3rd, and paid for the highest economy service available with access to business class seats and service for an extra 250$ CAD. Total cost $571 CAD. Reservation code M62CPC. The ticket CONFIRMED my seat as 1D in business class but there was no confirmation code *6 letters. Today October 10th, less than 24 hours before my flight they informed me by email that my confirmed and paid for seat and service was actually NOT confirmed (So now I am in some random seat). They sent me 47$ back. I called in and after an hour on the phone, they finally sent me the confirmation code once I stated there wasn't one on the ticket that I could use to call the airline or get help online. This is impossible on such short notice. They would not meaningfully address the issue of the seat or service paid for or give me a refund for these. I would have never booked this airline or with flight network had I known that the seat and service I was buying was ACTUALLY A SCAM! Unfortunately I have booked a ticket through this so called site on first week of February. I made a mistake in my month selection. Instead of March 17 I booked for February 17. I started contacting them Immediately after I made the booking and they were asking me date change fees more than the money I paid for the ticket. Then I asked them to cancel it and refund the money. I have contacted this people few times for follow up but they are telling always that their technical team will contact me. But nothing happened. They will steal your money. Recently I booked a flight thru FlightNetwork. Within hours of booking, FlightNetwork cancelled the reservation without giving any reason. Meanwhile, they had already charged my credit card for the flight insurance and seat selections. They refunded the flight insurance but did not refund the seat selection fee. This was for 4 seats and amounted to $160 which I have yet to receive back over 2 months later. This system is broken and the risks involved with situations like this are just not worth it. Booked return flight on Flair airlines Pearson to Deer Lake Aug 23 - 26, 2024. Flair cancelled the flight on Aug 23 so I had to contact Flair directly to request refund. Discovered that Flight Network had actually charged me $160 more for 4 return tickets with 2 carry-ons. This is not apparent at time of booking and will not be refunded. They sent me a very poorly written response with no details on how to actually rebook my flight. I've called in again and waited another three hours on the phone to no avail. Luckily, I managed to get a hold of Air Transat, which was fantastic to deal with. They let me know that my flight credit never expires - which is not what Flight Network said in their email. I emailed the customer service (a week ago, on the 25 of June) email with the reason I had to cancel my trip, due to Florida restrictions and our travel ban not being lifted, and instead being extended. I have documentation stating that I'm not allowed to leave the immediate area due to the second wave of COVID. So the next day, the 26th a rep emailed me back and asked for supporting documentation and that it would be forwarded to my airline and cancellations would be dealt with on a case by case basis. Folks, do not use this company. They are scammers and there is little evidence the authorities are doing anything to stop them from scamming. We booked flights to Europe pre-COVID on Finnair that we had to cancel because of COVID. Finnair was offering a full refund. We tried calling and emailing Flight Network customer service. If you actually made it to an agent after several attempts, they had no idea what they were doing or were flat out lying. We were told that the airline would refund them and then they would refund us, but that never happened. We got lucky as Finnair had charged our credit card directly. We contacted the airline and they confirmed Flight Network never contacted them about the refund. So they lied. Thankfully, Finnair was able to reimburse us directly, so we were eventually refunded. Flight Network also wouldn't honor their scam insurance policy. So we filed a claim with our credit card company that we did not get the services we paid for, and they sided with us and credited our account for the purchase amount of the policy. We did lose hours and hours of our time that we will never get back. If you're booking flights, go directly through the airlines or through a reputable travel service such as Expedia. If you got scammed by Flight Network, do what other victims have done and file a claim with your credit card company, they will rule in your favor and give you a credit. I was told that I need to make contact after 7 days for the refund (don't forget that they take a whopping 263 aed cancellation fee). We contacted Flight Network on April 27th 2023 to book a flight for two (approx. $3000) for the trip of a lifetime. When we called the airlines back to make a small change after booking our flights, we were promised that change but it would cost us $612. In a last-ditch effort to save the trip, we paid it. Only to realize the next morning the changes had not been made at all. We called Flight Network that morning, they had no explanation for the changes not being made and further requested an additional $260 to make the changes. I booked multiple flights with flight network. Due to a medical emergency I had to change the date of a ticket from Bali to Sydney. A ticket I had already paid $1200 for (economy class!) Initially they said they couldn't change the ticket due to economy class being completely full for all dates requested. As I began to get anxious as the medical Emergency was my wife having a heart attack back in Australia with the second phone call they were able to upgrade my ticket to premium economy for an extra $400 I took it and prepared to leave. After going through Check out I realise I got an economy seating. Economy that apparently was fully booked. When asking qantas about this mishap, they advised that there aren't any premium economy seatings on planes from Bali to Sydney. Getting in contact with flight network after this was a disaster and after sending them multiple emails with proof of emails stating I bought a premium economy and showing the ticket stating economy, they are dismissive and not responding accordingly. BUYER BEWARE! We bought three tickets from this agency last year, all were canceled by the airline due to Covid. The airline, Latam, confirmed all are eligible for a full refund. Flight Network has given us the runaround for almost 8 months, blames the airline and will not refund the money. We have spoken with around 20 people at the agency, sometimes staying on hold as long as 5 1/2 hours only to be transferred again. It's outrageous! Extremely bad experience. Booked a flight from the US to Cancun on a Mexican airline. Had to cancel the flight within 24 hours. Called customer service and asked them to cancel and issue a refund, they told me they called the airline and said that the airline does not issue refunds within 24 hours and that they don't have to because they are a Mexican airline (which is a lie, they do have to comply with federal law if they are operating in the USA). After calling three times, they offered to give me a credit. Ended up calling the airline myself and the airline is giving me a refund (surprise surprise, they do follow the law! /sarcasm) Honestly, although you are not an airline, I at the very least expect you to know what customers are entitled to by law and to give out correct information. Telling me that the airline does not issue a refund multiple times is wildly different than telling me that I should call the airline myself. They finally allowed the cancellation and I requested they send a confirmation email stating that they'll be issuing a refund. Received email (March 18, 2020), which stated it would take 90 days. 90 days later...refund was not issued. Tried to follow up by contacting customercare@flightnetwork.com. No response. July 11, 2020: Someone, by the name of Maya Gori, responded using email address book@flightnetwork.com. I tried to respond, only to be met with an auto response stating "Address not found." Tried calling several times, and at one point, they removed the option to speak to a representative. They disabled their Facebook DMs and removed their Instagram page. You can leave a comment on their Facebook, but you'll never receive a response. Been trying to get a hold of them since and today (10/29/2020), I was met with an auto response from their customercare@flightnetwork.com "This email is no more active." I found a page that shows their corporate information including the current CEO and COO (http://corporateofficehq.com/flight-network-corporate-office/), I hope I can finally get a response there. Completely uncooperative with refunds, and has lied to me several times about the fact. I spent 12 hours between both Royal Air Maroc, my airline which I bought my ticket for through Flight Network, and Flight Network are the legal contract holders for my ticket and they have denied all responsibility. I spent no less than 15 hours on the phone with the Flight Network over four months trying to change my last name (due to marriage) on my tickets. Originally, they told me (several times) that I would be able to change my last name with a fee (according to the airlines policies). When the time came to change my name, they refused and told me that the airlines did not permit the changes. They sent me on a wild goose chase trying to get written confirmation from the airlines and then refused to follow through when I sent them the instructions.
