My daughter booked through Campus Vacations and stayed At "Me Cabo" in Cabo San Lucas. The cleaning lady stole $400 from her room. The front lady gave her and her roommate the run around and refuse to help Her. She asked for the manager's name and they refused to give it to her. One employee felt sorry for them and told them that to the front lady had specifically told the employees not to give the manager's name. Be careful. DO NOT STAY at ME CABO. They scam students. It appears that a group of Employees cover for each other. Campus Vacations should do a better job at vetting the hotels. read more

It's a SCAM - they charge the full amount after 2 weeks we want to cancel my daughter's college vacation, and they won't answer our emails or phone calls. There is only a useless chatbot. They try so hard to get your money and then once you have paid they are no help at all when something goes wrong or does not accommodate to your needs. They committed fraud by saying I had insurance, which I did purchase when booking the trip and was confirmed, but they never submitted it, not allowing me to get a refund when my trip was cancelled 7 months later. Even if my trip wasn't cancelled, I would have gone down south and thought that I had insurance. What if something bad happened down there? I would not be covered and I would have no idea! All they have said to me is "Oops, we will refund you the insurance money." No apology, no nothing. We were all left in the dark for months, we never knew what flight we were on, the times of the flights or any logistical information. Booked a trip to Mont Tremblant through Campus Vacations. I got a bunch of random charges on my card. I had to send them THREE emails before I got a response saying I was "put on a list" and would be contacted by phone to receive my funds in the next few days. I am 5 days from this response and have not received any information. Horrible management and communications, plus horrible pricing for what you get. Book a trip yourself--it'll be easier, more cost effective, and you won't have to go through the incompetent personnel of this organization. read more

Took a trip to Cancun through Campus Vacations. Terrible experience, my card was charged extra for no reason and their reps were of little help. The bus they got for us scammed us out of $100 for beer. Would recommend another travel agency, and don't go to Mexico! read more

A friend of mine from Mcgill told me about this ski trip that him and his buddies have gone on the last couple years, he convinced me to come this year and I jsut want to say, Bravo! Firstly, I had never been to Tremblant, which was incredible, but when i saw the actual prices in the village, compared to what I was paying with Campus Vacations, I was ecstatic. Talk about bang for you buck. I thought the trip was well organized for the most part, considering the amount of students that were on the trip, must have been over a 1000. Buses left Montreal on time, we got all our hotel and lift ticket information right on the bus so we didnt have to wait in any annoying lines which was a nice surprise. Other than the bruise (mroe like 10 bruises) I got from trying to snowboard, the trip was awesome, and I cant wait for next years McGil trip! Keep it up Campus! read more

I normally dont write reviews but i really wanted to express my content with Campus Vacations. I recently went on the kingston trip and it was f****** awsome. I love sking so much but hate trying to organize a ski weekend. Doing it through Campus allowed me to sit back, relax, and let them do all the work, which may i add they are very good at. everything is done so efficiently that all i had to worry about was sking and partying, and boy did we party. thats the other great thing, planning your own ski trip is good and all, but with campus you know your going on a ski trip where there will be so many other people your age to party with. thanks for everything campus p.s. the guy paul who runs it is really hot girls...just another added bonus of the weekend. read more

I enjoyed my stay through Campus Vacations! it was a little unfortunate that the resort chosen was awful, but I won't blame Campus Vacations for that. (Just don't go to Oasis). The CV staff was all really personable and friendly. The VIP package for the concerts offered at the time was a great deal at $200 for 3 days and we get our own section at each place and endless drinks. We couldn't find that deal anywhere else except trough CV. The staff was always more than happy to walk us to and from the club if we wanted. I didn't try to reach them at any odd hours but they were good at responding when we needed them and were kind enough to check in with those who said they weren't feeling well or looked down/off. Id never heard of Campus Vacations so i was very skeptical at first of the quality of the service we'd receive but they definitely met my expectations! The bus to the resort was waiting for us and they have their CV sign to help the big groups follow the leader. Overall, great spring break vacation thanks to Campus Vacations! read more
