From start to finish, this was an extremely professional and well-organized experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day. One of the best parts is how convenient the pickup system is -- they have pickup locations near all the major hotels in Toronto, which makes the whole process incredibly easy for travelers. There are several add-on options for the tour, and I highly recommend three of them: 1. The boat ride into the falls 2. Journey Behind the Falls 3. The helicopter ride The helicopter ride especially is one of those "you only live once" experiences. If it's outside your budget, though, the boat ride and Behind the Falls are still more than enough to make for an amazing full day. One thing I'd personally skip is the tower stop. The views are fine, but honestly the tower in Toronto is much better. Now for the one major warning: the cancellation and rescheduling policy is brutal. Even if your flight is delayed or canceled and you provide proof, you are still out the full amount. No refund, no reschedule, no flexibility. We learned this the hard way after our flight got badly delayed. I contacted them hoping to move our booking to the next day and basically got told, "good luck and goodbye." That said... the story has a happy ending. We ended up sprinting through the airport, grabbing a taxi directly from the terminal to the pickup location, and arrived at 8:03 for an 8:00 AM pickup. I had been communicating with them during the chaos and they agreed to hold the bus for five minutes. We used three of those five minutes like it was the final scene of an action movie... but we made it. In the end, I absolutely recommend this tour. Just book carefully, maybe avoid scheduling it immediately after your arrival flight, or get travel insurance for peace of mind. If you plan ahead, you're going to have an incredible time with a professional, organized tour company at Niagara Falls.

Unfortunately, what was supposed to be an exciting family vacation to Egypt turned into an…read moreextremely stressful and disappointing experience because of how poorly our trip was organized by Trip to Go. We booked this trip **two years in advance**, and from the beginning, I tried to have my reservation connected with the rest of my family's reservations. I was initially told it was too close to the trip date, but when I called Trip to Go directly, I was assured they would link everything for me. They never did. Then came my flight itinerary. I live in New Jersey, right next to Newark Airport, yet Trip to Go booked me from **LaGuardia to Toronto, Canada, to London, England, and finally to Cairo**. I was traveling alone through all of these airports. My flight itinerary was sent to me less than 30 days before my vacation, so I was unable to make any changes. I later found out there were direct flights from New York to Cairo, which made the itinerary even more frustrating and difficult to understand. When I received my bus information in Egypt, I discovered that I had been assigned a different bus from the rest of my family. I contacted Trip to Go and asked to be moved to their bus. I was told they would take care of it once we arrived. They did not. Nothing was changed. Because of this, a family vacation became a situation where I was essentially **traveling alone in Egypt with strangers**. I was alone on the flights, separated from my family on the buses, on a cruise ship without them, and staying in different areas of hotels and resorts. I did not spend the majority of the trip with the people I had planned and paid to take this vacation with. There were also issues with the excursions. I was told I had signed up for excursions that I never purchased or requested. The entire trip felt extremely disorganized. On multiple mornings, we had to be on the bus as early as **4:00 a.m.** because things that should have been handled beforehand were not completed on time. There was constant confusion and a lack of communication throughout the trip. One positive part of the experience was our tour guide, **Sherif**. He was great, very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job sharing information about Egypt and its history. Even coming home was stressful. I was questioned at multiple airports about why I was traveling on such an unusual route. I had to repeatedly explain that **Trip to Go booked my flights and I had no control over the itinerary**. The routing was so unusual that it created unnecessary questions and stress when traveling internationally. I understand that travel can come with unexpected issues, but these were not isolated inconveniences. There were **multiple opportunities for Trip to Go to correct these problems before and during the trip, and they failed to do so**. This was supposed to be a special family vacation that we had looked forward to for two years. Instead, I spent a significant portion of it alone and separated from my family because of poor organization and a lack of follow-through. That is incredibly disappointing, especially for a trip of this cost and significance. I would strongly encourage Trip to Go to take a serious look at how these tours are being coordinated, because my experience was nowhere near what I expected when booking a once-in-a-lifetime family vacation.

I am a last minute type of traveller. Last May I got some…read moreextra vacation time so I decided to take off to Europe and cover as much ground as I could with my time. My original idea was to visit 5 or 6 cities in 17 days and travel between them at night using a Eurail pass. When I sat down with the representative from Rainbow High, he did his best to accomodate my wishes, however, he explained that it would be quite difficult to organize the trip as I had hoped due to the train schedules. He also pointed out that rail would be much more expensive than flying between the destination points using Europes local airline - "Easy Jet". I didn't give this poor agent very much notice as I planned to travel in just two weeks and I wanted to visit 6 cities etc, etc. His patience was amazing as I sat there at his desk for about 3 to 4 hours to get all the details covered. He was very knowledgable and gave me some great advise about places to stay, sights to see and how to get everywhere. I don't think I could have done what he did in the time that he was able to accomplish everything. So, I took my trip first to Amsterdam, then to Berlin, next to Madrid, on to Venice and finally Rome. Everything was perfect! The only thing that went wrong was a delay on the flight from Amsterdam to Berlin, but that was nobody's fault and it was only 3 hours, so no big deal. It turned out to be the best trip of my life. I went alone and I had never been to any of these cities before. My travel agent and other agents in the office had been to these spots, and they were very helpful with suggestions. I had to do a few things on my own, like find my way from the airports to the hotels, but that, for me, was part of the fun. I used busses, subways, trains and limo's. The guy who had arranged my plans had to leave for his own vacation the day after he had booked everything for me, so one of the other agents picked up where he left off and put everything together for me. They didn't miss a thing. I will say that it helps to be an experienced and prepared traveller, especially when travelling alone, but these guys did an absolutely AMAZING job! Upon my return, I found a hand written card in my mail from the guys at the travel office, to welcome me home from my long journey....very nice touch! A month later, I returned again to have them book me a trip on a cruise. Again, I was overwhelmed by the terrific service that I recieved. I will always book my travels with them from now on. I highly recommend them for your unusual vacation holidays!
