Thank you for all the staff that's either hired to work or volunteer to bring the Military and their family food and drinks and a place to rest and hang out. The only problem that I have with the USO is that it's not open to all Military status. I spent almost 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, purple heart recipient with a honorable discharge and 100% service connected disability. Yet, I'm not allowed to go there because you need to be either Active Duty, Reserve, or Full Term Retirees. So instead of having that REAL veteran who served in combat and got hurt, they'll have that 2-4 maybe even 8 years service member who never deployed or never even left the country plus their spouse and 3 kids and/or pets enjoy the comfort and accessibility to the facility while others keep out. So either make the USO open to all Military status or provide another facility.

They evaluated the radio and their results were that there were a few capacitors that needed to be replaced. They said the unit was good, the circuit boards Sonny at Auric Avionics said were bad, were also good. When I brought my unit to Sonny at Auric Avionics the gas displays worked just fine...all of them. When I picked up the unit at Auric Avionics and installed it into the aircraft and turned on the unit, the lights lit up for a second then went out. The unit was then sent to Bennett Avionics. Bennett Avionics said the display was not working and would have to be replaced. Whatever Sonny did to that radio is what caused that display to go bad when started up. So, now due to Sonny at Auric Avionics "fixing" my radio display and telling me the unit cannot be repaired I have to buy a newly stocked radio. I don't know why he did what he did but it is apparent to me that his taking two months to finally tell me the radio is non-repairable after telling me he ordered parts and they were on the way then the damage to the display. All lies. This should be an indication as to what he is capable of telling anyone that walks into that shop. All I have been privy to is lies and deceit on the part of two people at that shop. A husband and wife team of liars.
