The Delta Sky Club in Mew Orleans is a nice oasis from the airport. It isn't the biggest one. But it's nice. There are plenty of places to sit. Most of them have easily accessible charging ports. The food offerings are minimal, but they do a good job of refilling things and keeping everything clean. They have a couple coffee machines. There's a small bar in the back. My wife and I were here for a couple of hours and it was quite pleasant. The people who work here are friendly and cordial. This is one of the benefits of flying with Delta. read more

as an American Express platinum card holder, I was super pleased to have experienced the Delta sky club. I was traveling with a girlfriend and she was also a card member so it didn't cost anything extra to go in together. If you want to bring in a guest at this point in time it does cost an extra $50 per person but just know that they might be changing that in 2025. The staff member at the front check in and we took the elevator upstairs to the private lounge, and it was actually quite packed but luckily we were able to find seats. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and out of everything. I really loved the sausages and cheese omelettes. They had a Starbucks coffee machine, and the beans were excellent. I really needed to wake up and everything here was just working in order. There's an abundance of outlets around every single chair, and there's even a printer if you need to print some thing for your business travel purposes. I do have to shout out the amazing staff that we're working here. They're honestly just one of the sweetest people that I've ever met in my entire life. Coming from NYC I'm always blown away when people are kind to me and they truly went out of their way here to . Take care of me. I also want to mention how clean the bathrooms are. I honestly spend an extra 10 minutes in there for absolutely no reason. It just looks so beautiful and I was enjoying the privacy. read more

Waiting it out here and chilling for our departure flight to settle. The fight has been delayed two times already. Small lunch buffet is out. They already moved the cereal and breakfast items already. I was craving some oatmeal, although it was gone already, the staff were nice enough to bring me an instant oatmeal. They have some chicken and andouille gumbo, it's salty, but has a lot of chicken in it. There is the usual tomato basil soup for me, that's pretty decent here. Grabbed some fresh strawberries for my oatmeal and some grapes for some fresh grape juice bites. They have lemon bar bites, my mom would be eating them up. read more

Located at Concourse C at NoLa's airport. You check in on the first level and then walk or take the elevator up and it leads you to the lounge. A decent size lounge, but can feel crowded when it is full. It looks like a long hallway. They offer a good variety of foods from chicken, broccoli to fruits/veggies, sandwiches, soups and more. They have a coffee machine and of course a bar for complimentary drinks. The lounge has nice and clean restrooms with TVs and Wi-Fi. Staff are very friendly. read more

This was definitely one of the best lounges I have visited. IDK about you but my experience with many lounges is that they have a problem with overcrowding. I visited a lounge in Miami recently and it was pretty much more crowded than the airport terminal somehow lmao. At that point, why even bother? We stopped in before our flight home to BOS at peak afternoon time and I was really pleasantly surprised by the lack of crowding. We were easily able to find high top seats facing the window. There was no line to do anything. The bar was well stocked with a wide variety of options, both complementary and premium selections available for purchase. The buffet is STOCKED. Soups, salad, pasta, cheese and cracks, and the most adorable mini muffulettas. Most importantly, they had vegetarian options including spinach and mushroom ravioli in a delicious cream sauce. No joke I'd be satisfied if I ordered in this an Italian restaurant. I had like 2 or 3 servings. Gluten free options also clearly labeled. The bathroom was also very clean with a touchless door option. When I was leaving the bathroom, the door opened as I approached and thought someone was just coming in but it was the door automatically opening for me lmao. I wish they had that technology everywhere. How are we still having to touch disgusting bathroom door handles in 2022? Another thing I would like to mention is that they keep it impeccably clean. Like, there was a staff member who came to whisk away GF's plates about 20 seconds after she got up to use the bathroom. This place is a gem in the lounge world. read more

The food is average for Sky Clubs and is a nice treat if you're inclined to get there early and skip the hotel breakfast. The bartender is known for his Bloody Mary, and I remember him from prior visits and couldn't resist another one. You know when you are in the airport, you have a little bit of time to eat, you're hungry and you sit down only to be in a noisy bar, getting rushed in/out or you're not getting any service at all? Delta Sky Club is exactly the OPPOSITE of that experience. Wonderful friendly greeting at the door, stairs or elevator up to a beautifully designed, clean, comfortable space. I was in for around breakfast, there were so many options I had a rough time deciding! Amazing bartender, nearly everything included (except for top shelf of course), coffees, waters, juices, lemonades, fruit, grains, cereals, omelets, sausage (amazing sausage), bagels, yogurts, omg so many options. Everything was high quality and they changed out the foods quickly. When you were done there was friendly staff picking up your plates/utensils, (real plates too). The restrooms were amazingly clean and had non-touch door openers for convenience. The ONLY thing I noticed as a negative is that the low voltage chargers didn't work in a couple of locations. Nice premium food and nice coffee machine. Lots of high end magazines to read. The cleaning lady works so hard. She keeps coming back and forth every 10 minutes to pick up any dirty dishes and cups. Unfortunately, they don't refill the snacks as quickly as the food. Once the chips are gone, they are gone. Spacious area, with ample outlets for cell phone/laptop charging. They are very strict with the 3 hours rule, so don't try to show up before that 3 hours mark. read more

Way to step it up delta with the new sky club at the new MSY terminal. I've been to a lot of sky clubs all over and this new one in Nola was done really well. The space isn't huge but it's nice and had a great offering of food and drinks. The touch less doors in the bathrooms might be my favorite part, that feature is really cool. Smaller club than most but oodles of personality that suits New Orleans. Beans and rice with a side of chicken and sauce hit the spot. Muffuletta sandwiches were perfect. Beer taps need work. Bartender wouldn't serve the house IPA since it didn't pour but then served an Abita that was half foam. Sadly the oysters that were served on Fridays pre pandemic are a thing of the past. Way too small. People can't all fit. Elevator wasn't working and it's a long climb up. Cute design and nice food--but it's inexcusable if it can't fit guests. A shame they had an opportunity to build a brand new club in a brand new airport and they made it this size. read more
