I became a member after moving to town last month. I've only been there a total of four times, but…read moreall but one experience was good. The wash itself is fine, but it's the overall experience and poor service that is frustrating. The first time I went there after signing up as a member I drove through the members only lane but the gate wouldn't lift. I waited a minute before the attendant finally approached me from his booth and told me the gate wouldn't lift as long as the other gate was up. Apparently, he was signing up a new member, and had lifted that gate while continuing to chat or explain things to that customer. Why lift the other gate before the other car was ready to drive forward and block me from proceeding? Another time I went to wash my car before heading out of town, but it was closed for repairs or maintenance. I had to leave before getting my car washed that day. The last time I went, the members only lane was closed as it looked like the gate had been removed or was broken. I had to wait behind several non-member's cars as they paid or signed up for new memberships. That took awhile. So much for the privilege of membership. The last straw was after the wash, I pulled into one of the bays to dry me car, but they were completely out of fresh clean towels. I called the customer service line to explain what happened and voice my displeasure when after I was done speaking, realized that the woman's voice on the other line was AI generated reading off of a script. I asked to speak to a human and the AI put me through to another line but the office had just closed for the day. I'm cancelling my membership and advising my friends and family to avoid this car wash. There's another car wash in town that's not as conveniently located for me, but I'm done with this lack of concern for a convenient and pleasant customer service experience.
