Unprofessional I called left a Voice mail, (detailed voice mail) politely requesting a call back. I never did. I thought, its family owned for "20 plus year" I guess they missed my voice mail, because the way these Trolls describe them selves they are the best thing since mans moon landing. Man which I refuse to name rudely picks up per our conversation, based on my experience as a former US Navy constructionman, this man lacks knowledge and experience in this field. Again I gave them the benefit of a doubt because of 4 star "real rating" We schedule an appointment for monday, he doesn't call he doesn't show up on time agreed on. I call this "Profesional Tile master" he rudely reschedules for Tuesday. Tuesday goes by, same issue but this time doesn't even answer the phone or txt. All this time I treated this company with respect and screenshots available upon request showing so. But these Trolls are disrespectfull irresponsible and flat out good for nothing.
