Matt came over and measured everything out and gave us an estimate. Very fair! No need to negotiate. Everything was done in a very timely manner and Matt's team of guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves. During the demo of the back patio it was brought to our attention that there was a very large extended hole/cave, for lack of a better word, underneath our sunroom. Matt said no worries he could take care of it and fill it in with more concrete. Of course it changed the price but I felt very confident that if this happened with another company it would have really bumped up the price or I would have had to call another company, like one of those companies that lift the foundation and have them come in and fix it before work could be completed. Matt also used fiberglass rebar which my husband and I really liked. Absolutely excellent job. We highly recommend Matt and his crew. We will definitely use him again for our driveway

Our project…read moreinvolved new cabinets, countertops, sinks, flooring, some electrical, and painting, We selected three contractors to submit bids. Mike's bid was in the middle of the three for cost, and by far the most detailed. The reasons we chose Mike were many. First Mike was exceeding patient in answering all of our questions, and explaining the plusses and minuses of each choice. Secondly, Mike had samples of all of the materials in his shop. The other bidders told us to go to different places to look at the samples for flooring, countertops, etc. Third, he readily worked with us as we struggled to make some of the decisions. However, the best thing about Dreamworks was that the crew that showed up day one stayed on our our project through completion. Ricardo, Nixon, Francisco, and Liz were complete professionals. Manny, the electrician was on site when needed. I don't remember the name of the guy who did the flooring, but he did a great job. The crew made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up each day before they left, and they were so nice to deal with. We could not be happier with the competed project.

They quoted me inaccurate pricing without even asking the condition of my older tub that the previous owners had resurfaced a long time ago and was in sad shape. So when they arrive the price basically doubled in order "to do it right". Then the next morning the tub was full of bubbled epoxy all over the sides and bottom. It was 2 weeks before they came back to refinish it yet again - this time there were hair marks I noticed immediately and was told they would fade with time. Really?! Like what - 25 years??? Then I also noticed runs in the corners which I photographed and emailed to them. I also told them there was epoxy overspray on my shower tile that I just had installed a mont prior and they assured me they would clean it off. They did not nor did they remove the hair marks. I called immediately afterwards to ask for a manager to come out and see it so we could discuss actions to fix it and was screamed at (verbally assaulted and I am NOT exaggerating ) buy a kid named Justin who answered the phone. He also hung up on me when I insisted over his screaming that nobody else but them did the damage. I filed a complaint with the BBB and their response was nothing but lies and telling me how I should thank them for the mess they made?! Seriously?! These people do NOT know how to treat customers and take NO responsibility for their actions whatsoever!!! Keep your money!!! DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL CREEPS!!! They will abuse you too!! They also will NOT honor their faulty work after three lame attempts nor will they repair the damage they did. I am forced to go to court but will prevail when all is said and done. I shouldn't have to go through this hassle though but they do not care!! RUN!!! Get a new tub or a liner but do NOT bother with resurfacing - especially not this group!!

Both in the volume of things that had to be done, and the level of difficulty. Over time many roots from nearby trees had burrowed under many areas. Years ago one of my customers mentioned Compact Pavers, and how happy he was with their work. I had the same experience. Javier (owner) came by and reviewed what I wanted done. My sales person Franz was wonderful and helped me tremendously both with selection and follow up…read more My reason for only 3 stars is the fault of the phone system and issues with the final installation. During the life of this project I've been unable to call scheduling. The phone rings, you get a recorded voice telling you no one is available, and the call disconnects. When you call customer service, you're on hold for several minutes and then you get to leave a message (but no one ever returns the call.) The sales service is great! Especially Franz; I was able to reach scheduling by going through him. I hated putting him in the middle but he always came through. During installation they had to disconnect the plumbing (obviously) but apparently it's not part of the service to reconnect it. I was unaware of this little glitch and Franz scheduled a plumber for the next day to re-connect everything. Unfortunately, during installation the installers did not leave us all the faucet parts and the plumber had to make a surprise trip to Home Depot for parts that should have been left on site. It seemed like one problem after another. I don't know what I would have done without Franz to make things right. So... sales team 5+ stars, phone system and installation, maybe 2 if we stretch it. Make sure to ask for Franz and make sure you have a full and complete understanding of what is and isn't included.
