David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start -- responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They're skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area -- driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool -- is carefully covered. There are photos showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase, the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc. After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. His workers found that our roof had some loose and cracked tiles, and they repaired them for free. No charge for the estimate or the work. We were shocked and relieved since another vendor quoted us over $600 for fixing the tiles, and then another $4400 for additional work he said we needed. A total of over $5,000. David said we didn't need the extra work the other vendor suggested and had his men check to make sure. We highly recommend DC roofing for his integrity and customer service. All our friends and neighbors who recommended him had told us he was a fair and honest guy. We learned from our experience that he lives up to this reputation. Based upon the very positive reviews they had online and the fact they were an established local company, we decided to proceed with them. We were advised that indeed we had damage that required a roof replacement. They outlined every step we would not to take from filing the claim to the likely hurdles we would encounter dealing with the insurance company. Long story short, the insurance company adjuster would almost certainly issue a report that would lead the company to deny the claim. They recommended a law firm that specializes in these types of denials and we began to work through a 15-month process of suing to secure a favorable resolution. In short, because of Global's experience and guidance we were successful and one of the most important (and generally unseen) part of the home, our roof was not left in disrepair diminishing our safety ad the value of our home. There are many steps and "moving parts" to the roof replacement process (who knew?) and they were there at every step to help us make the right choices. They were particularly at keeping us informed on where things stood. Their work crews were prompt, professional and extremely careful on the job right down to thorough day cleanup of the site. The subcontractors who did certain aspects of the job were also top-notch and equally professional. He was honest, congenial, and confident about Paradise's capabilities. His team did an outstanding job. The day of the appointment passes, matter of fact several days pass after the appointment date and no communication was sent out to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. I finally reach out to them myself and ask what the outcome was and they continue to explain to me that they went there but nobody was home. Not sure where the confusion was when I explained it just about as clear as I could and then for them to not contact me 1) while on site or 2) after they left is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend using there services as they do not handle their business appropriately. I was under the impression that I was contacted when I put this request of work out because people wanted to make money, I guess not.

It is currently failing in numerous areas. What is even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I have reached out multiple times by email requesting basic information about the manufacturer and product that was used for our roof, and my requests have gone unanswered. For a commercial roof that is only six years old, I expected significantly better performance, accountability, and customer service. When a customer is experiencing problems and simply asking for information about the product installed on their building, getting a response should not be this difficult. At this point, I am extremely disappointed--not only with the condition of the roof, but with the complete lack of follow-up and communication. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to ask very detailed questions about the roofing product, warranty, manufacturer, and what happens if there is a problem after installation.
