I have had to drive there more than once to get to speak to someone and get proper service. On two occasions they were supposed to send an authorization for Specialist service and they didn't. This last time resulted in an appointment I was waiting for, for weeks cancelled. I am done with this place. The turn over of staff is very high and the service just gets worse. I am fed up now, I don't like changing my provider and Dr Tellez Ruiz is okay and patient but I have had enough. I am going to take my chances with another provider, hopefully, they are more efficient.

Since I called the office 15 times and no one responded, two of those times I got transferred to their corporate office in which they told me that they would no longer be able to help me because their office was closed according to their system, which stated 5 PM. I told them my situation and how I needed my prescription for that night because of the pain that I was enduring and they said that I could either call the following day or stop by to figure out what is going on. Since no one answered their phones and no one can help me over the phone. I decided to drive 30 minutes after work to their location. When I get there, the door is already locked and of course I start to knock on the door. The other doctor in the office that didn't attend me opened up the door and asked what happened in which I explained to him the situation and when he looks up in his system, there wasn't even any medication listed in the system for me and of course it wasn't submitted to my pharmacy either. After going to the back and checking, they finally submitted my prescription no apology no nothing. This is completely unacceptable and I would never recommend this place as an urgent care. The only reason I got my prescriptions today is because I had to go out of my way and drive back to the urgent care and figure out why my prescription wasn't submitted. There are other great urgent cares in the area.

Then all went south.. he was pushing my projects further and further.. and the worst came when he finally finished vinyl floor ( after huge delay) ..took the final payment and disappeared. When I came to town back and found bad transitions , huge corner floor gap, and not finished floor under kitchen cabinets.. I was again very patient and very polite ask him to come and fix( not a big deal..) he never responded to my calls or texts. I waited a month hoping he will respond..,GONE..Disgusting!! This delayed installation of my granite by two weeks as well as me being without a kitchen sink etc for 3 weeks. Very unreliable. He was late every day by a minimum of 30 minutes without contacting me. My time is valuable, I have a schedule, which I changed around every day for his late morning appointments and to have no shows or late arrivals is very unprofessional & frustrating. The worst part happened on his last day of work when he installed a pantry. I had all my new home items to be installed in that area. My brand new medicine cabinet, that I couldn't even hardly lift went missing. Jack had to move those items over to fit pantry in that area AND he was the only one in my house besides me, except for the last two days he brought his nine year old son to my house with him~very unprofessional. I gave him a chance to say he accidentally put it in his van when he left so he could bring it back and we could forget this whole thing, but instead he said that "maybe I put it in my garage or maybe I put in here or there", seriously?... (Now why would I even try to move it when it was to be installed the next day). He appeared to be a trustworthy person to hire, but what a stressful situation he had me in for over a week, no remorse either~and then to steal from me when it's going to be so obvious because I live alone! The first late arrival and no show by Jack is when I should have fired him as working with him was a stressful, frustrating mess! Beware!
