If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. The owner, Emmett Jordan, is hands down one of…read morethe most unprofessional business owners I have ever encountered. While I was at their office, I personally witnessed him cursing out his own team members and even clients. That alone should have been a red flag, but unfortunately, I had already paid for their service. The work they did on my gutters was rushed, sloppy, and downright atrocious--it looked like a cheap, half-baked job that a beginner could've done better. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for at least a partial refund, Emmett was not only dismissive but outright rude, refusing to make things right. This company does not care about quality, customer service, or basic professionalism. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
