From initially inquiring about personal training, Coach Taz was professional and prompt to respond and called me to review my goals and to see what would be a good fit for me and my boyfriend. He recommended the 3x/week hourly sessions with him as well as nutritional education. One of the good things about Gifted N Fitted was the fact that I could go on a payment plan; something that 24 hour fitness was unable to offer me in the past. The price is very reasonable, especially when comparing to other personal trainers at big gyms; the payment plan definitely helped me get started with my weight loss journey while not breaking my wallet! During the workouts, Coach Taz explains each exercise and is so encouraging throughout, even when I may feel like giving up, he's right there saying "10 more seconds! You can do it! You can do anything in 10 seconds" and lots more encouragement that really pushes you. He offers you to use his equipment to stretch after the workout and is never in a rush to answer questions. He also taught us and makes sure that we stretch properly before every workout too. We use the Band App where we communicate, which he also will send us reminders or our times for certain goals we've completed. After our first two months is up, we plan on adding on another month because we're seeing results and don't want to stop! Coach Taz is definitely someone we will be keeping in touch with throughout our fitness journey as he's given us this opportunity and push that we needed to get started. He's flexible with scheduling so was able to meet our needs to when we can workout. I could keep going on and on but he is definitely someone I recommend 100%. But I wish this location would do a better job with upgrading the Speakers in their Fitness room. For a few months the speakers are either blown out or won't connect at all it's very irritating when you're taking Zumba, Cycling, or Body Pump and everything just cuts out. Majority of the free weights in the room, the plastic is cracked off which I've gotten cut by. I also wish they could enforce Guest watching their kids during class to not sit on the equipment as their are others that actively want to use the machine especially during peak hours. But overall it is a great gym and the Staff is absolutely incredible and welcoming, It's very clean and they have a great Armbar that's well stocked.

That's not what I received. 1. The services are not personalized. You receive a generic meal plan and the EXACT SAME exercises every single week with no rest day. 2. They're not actually coaching. There is an app and you actually have to use a third party app as well, My Fitness Pal. You aren't getting any actual coaching or training. It's also not clear what the credentials are of the "coaches." You'll be assigned to a coach you never met or talked to. 3. The customer service is horrible and they don't stand by the refund policy. Jeremiah never responded to my two texts requesting help when I saw NO results from the program. "Joshuel" (the person replying to my emails) was rude and unhelpful and refused to honor the refund policy. They basically offer a refund guarantee to bait you into a false sense of security and then they don't honor it. Then they will try to tell you that you didn't adhere to the VIRTUAL program by which only YOU are monitoring yourself. They don't log in to train you or monitor your meals. They are taking advantage of women and I will be reporting them to the appropriate regulatory agencies. There are NO independent reviews online so I should have known better but hopefully some women will find this and stay away from Jeremiah Bull Fitness.

One of my favorite things is recently they turned the old pool area in to an outdoor fitness area. It has turf, 10 squat racks, and a fitness rack with pull up bars, premium kettlebells, and weighted slam balls. I wish they didn't take out the sauna and steam room as those are some of my favorite wellness amenities for a gym. The gym does tend to get busy later in the day and machines will fill up, but you can still get a great workout in. Next time I plan to try out one of the many fitness classes that they offer.

After lifting my mother's wheelchair in and out of my car for 2 years and then pushing a huge…read morerecliner wheelchair outside so she could enjoy some sunshine, my back had taken a toll. My pilates instructor said I had scoliosis (which I never had before) and said I would have to put lifts in my right shoe and place a pillow under my right hip but I felt that wasn't the answer. I went to PT, chiropractor and water therapy, but I knew I needed to strengthen my core and other muscles. My prayers were answered when I met Gregg and started with his package to exercise 3-4 times a week. He started me very slowly and I never experienced any pain. He explained that I needed to strengthen the tiny muscles deep inside first and build my balance and strength. He made working out so much fun and enjoyable. He was like a therapist and a friend who worked me hard enough but not so I would dread going to see him. The session always seemed to fly by because we would laugh a lot and I knew he really cared about me and my progress. He gave advice as to my diet, but never judged me. Previously, I was feeling unstable and my core and legs were weak but I proudly told him about 3 HUGE WINS I had! I lost my balance in the shower and could see myself in slow motion falling out of the tub/shower.... but because i was exercising, i did not fall was able to balance and get upright again. WIN! One day I was going down the stairs (wearing socks) and carrying a glass... suddenly I slipped down a couple of steps but miraculously stopped myself from falling, got my balance back on the step and did not even drop the tray (I saw in slow motion the glass and dishes falling and shattering on the ground. In the past things would slip out of my hand and I could not stop it from crashing to the ground- NOW I am more coordinated and have more grip strength WIN! WIN! My WIN WIN WIN was when I was carrying heavy pavers to the curb in a rush (feeling proud of myself that I could carry these heavy blocks now) when suddenly the front of my slipper flipped under tripping me, Again in slow motion I could see myself falling to the asphalt and skidding on my bare skin.... but as I flew off the curb somehow I ended up with just a tiny scratch on my arm as I looked around to see if anyone witness my miraculous twist. I do need to be more mindful and slow down as I am now 71. But working with Greg, I am feeling much younger again. He is a gem in Mililani Mauka who is more than a trainer. He is a life coach! Thank you Greg! You are the best and you deserve all the awards and accolades you have received. (He is great with dogs too!)

Although I do not have any concerns with pain, I do not want to get to the point where I do the wrong exercises and sustain injuries that'll hurt me in the long run. Greg is so patient and always takes his time to make sure my body is balanced. He does squat assessments before training to make sure he addresses any imbalances in my body. Even though I work out pretty frequently, I do not feel any pain in my body because Greg teaches me how to do exercises correctly, stretch before and after working out, and also informs me if anything is wrong with my body. Not only that, I have never been so happy with how I look. He also provides diet plans for those in need. Not to mention he gives the best massages. I am currently a student and sometimes my shoulders get a little tense due to being on the computer all the time. The massages make me feel so much better.
