I needed a change. And I needed help finding a healthy way to do it and make it a lifestyle habit. Chelsea to the rescue! My why: I wasn't obese, but I definitely wasn't skinny. We all WANT to lose weight, but it's another thing setting that plan into action and sticking with it. The biggest thing that set those plans into action for me was the results I got from my doctor. My a1c levels were high, and I was diagnosed as prediabetic. After seeing my father's health decline due to his Type II diabetes and eventually pass from this and other health issues, I KNEW I needed a change. I also don't have kids, and I have been diagnosed as having PCOS which would make it difficult if we did want kids. So, the PCOS and prevention of Type II diabetes were the biggest reasons for me to change for my future and my FAMILY. I reached out to Chelsea in the beginning of February. She was quick to respond and so friendly. We had a phone conversation about my goals and a little bit about what her program was about, how it worked, why she got into doing what she does, and the options I could do if I chose to have her as my health consultant. This consultation is FREE and I never felt pressure to sign up for anything. It was just honest, genuine information, and she already made me feel so comfortable talking with her. I had the pleasure of meeting Chelsea a couple months back at a class she taught about morning rituals and how we can start our days on the right path.
