I have jumper cables, but a prison parking lot didn't feel like the kind of place you wander around asking strangers for help. I called AAA but they couldn't find any tow trucks within a 90 mile radius. So I called you guys because your website mentioned roadside assistance. The lovely woman who answered the phone said there was no one available. I asked if she could recommend another tow company and explained (somewhat panicked) that I'm from Chicago and I have no idea where I am or what I'm going to do. She put me on hold and then came back to say she's got a guy but it'll be about 20 minutes. I told her I'd already been waiting an hour so 20 minutes sounded like a dream. Sure enough, 20 minutes later a nice man in a red truck pulled up and jumped my car in one try. I called to pay, thanked everyone profusely, and was on my way! I couldn't believe the kindness of your team in figuring out a way to get me home.

Called the dixon tow truck and he told me to call police and have the sterling driver dispatched as he would not answer or do a tow unless the police called it in. The sterling driver had the police call back and tell me that they did not tow to residences. As he drove past me with a car on the flat bed. As I was on a main road. Then he never. drove back by. He went out and around on am alternate route to not go by me As instructed but the dixon location i called him back and at 11pm said he would be on the way. I waited till 1 am texted the driver and was then told he had a tow on interstate for an arrest. He then told me that they would get it in the morning they started working at 7. Even though it clearly states on their trucks they are a 24 hour tow service. Finally they towed it at 8:30 the next morning. Even though I had stated the back end of car was in the road way. When I spoke to an employee please have the owner call me and here we are a week later and have heard nothing from anyone. For body work you will find no one better. But save your time and call someone else for a tow because they clearly don't care. As i have worked with the public for 37 years in a management role and would never blow off a customer like this. The sad part is the father made the business what it is and would have mever handled it like this.

I was able to get ahold of someone at the corporate sales level and all they said was " you'll have to wait, they're probably just late." I am extremely irritated at this level of service.
