Went to Sprowles for an intake plenum for a customer vehicle. After a week and several different parts that did not match (even with the original part to match up) I have tried unsuccessfully to get a refund or to credit me for my money spent. Owner was contacted and stated that he doesnt have time to jump through hoops for me. At this point all I wanted was my money and original parts back, but recieve nothing but attitude from the owner. I have shared my story around the Mendota and Earlville areas and was very surprised to learn how many people have had similar experiences with getting attitude from the owner and him telling them that he is busy and will contact them back but he never does!! How this place can stay in business is beyond me!! I will be contacting him for the last time today and if he refuses my money and keeps my original parts I will go straight to the attorneys office. Pretty bad to have to take someone to small claims court over such a low-dollar item, but someone has to prove a point to this guy!! read more
