As far as the pannenkoeken go, they had a wonderful selection of sweet and hearty ingredients, and my husband choose the salmon version. He enjoyed the combination of baked salmon, greens and a béchamel sauce. I tried the vegetarian goat cheese and walnut with rucola, which was very good; although how you could mess up those ingredients is beyond my comprehensive capabilities. It all comes down to the actual pannekoek: the fat crêpe, which the Dutchies formed into their own version. It is the same size as the French one, but much fatter and made without baking soda as in the American pancakes, because it is colder in the Netherlands (and less interesting on a culinary create-your-own-food level). The pannekoek itself was fine, not over- or under-cooked, and a good tasting flour mix.
There was ample free parking after you wind your way through a subdivision. Outside a wonderfully large play area for kids to enjoy themselves in the summer months.
Recommend this restaurant to drive a bit out of your way.
