This is an awesome place for dinner or light drinks…read more I went here with friends in the area who love it. We had to wait for a table for three but it was later on a Sunday evening. They have an up and downstairs for tables. Toilets are upstairs and well appointed for this size of restaurant.

It's casual but chic inside, with an upstairs and a downstairs, and a nice bar with some sophisticated cocktails. Spent a good hour and a half there, between drinks, eating, and just chilling. The food is Fantastic! A fresh and healthy take on middle eastern food, with excellent pitas (an important mark of quality in middle eastern restaurants), and great vegetarian dishes. We had the shashuka with grilled eggplant, hummus, and salad, with a vanilla margarita (Yum! Whodathunk?!) , and finished with a fresh mint tea. I wish I'd had room for more, but filled up on extra pita bread. Other customers were raving about the roasted cauliflower and kebab, but they were sold out. Definitely coming back again.

Thank you Restaurant Zina for a memorable meal.

On a cold evening we were looking for a place in Utrecht to eat inside. IL Pozzo has a large…read moreoutdoor eating area along the canal but also has inside dining under the street. To enter you have to walk down some steep stairs and then a waiter or waitress can point you in the right direction. The waiter seated us and took our drink order. The decor is festive and unique and it felt like we were eating inside a cave but the unique things on display kept me looking to see what else I could see. We ordered a pizza and a filet Gorgonzola while we sipped our drinks. The meal was delivered quite quickly - looked amazing and tasted very good too. The pizza was great - awesome crust and flavorful toppings. The filet was good - a little undercooked but that's okay with me. The sauce was nice but not a standout. All in all I'd try something different next time. Definitely like the location, food and atmosphere.

Before our drinks were served he reappeared to take our food order. My daughter told him that we were only planning to have drinks. He said nothing in response but appeared annoyed, and turned and walked away. Never came back to check on us or see if we wanted another drink (a runner served our drinks) A short time later when I motioned for the bill he came over with the ticket and flicked it in my daughter's face before handing it to me without a word. Unbelievably rude.

1 star for the overall experience, not the food itself…read more We chose Sinne to celebrate my aunt's birthday and had high expectations given its Michelin status. While some of the food was enjoyable, the overall guest experience was disappointing. I had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating my aunt's birthday, which was acknowledged, yet there was no acknowledgment during the evening at all, not even a simple happy birthday. It's often the small touches that make a special occasion feel memorable. I had also tried to switch to the spring set menu after seeing the promotion, but the online system would not allow changes close to the reservation. When I asked during dinner, I was told it was not possible. I understand operational limitations, and this alone would not have been a major issue. What changed my view was how feedback was handled afterward. When I shared polite private feedback, my concerns were dismissed as being about "not getting anything for free," which completely missed the point, as my feedback was about the overall guest experience and hospitality. I was then blocked by the restaurant's Instagram account. That level of defensiveness and unprofessional handling of guest feedback is not what I would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.

If you you are of the opinion that the amount of Italians frequenting a place is the best…read moremeasurement of authenticity, Uliveto should be your go-to destination for real Italian food. And in fact it is. Unbothered by hipsterism, yet undoubtedly modern, this little corner shop will resemble any busy tratoria that you will find in Bologna, Verona or Florance, but with a design twist. Featuring a range of authenthic Italian dishes, Uliveto is in somewhere in between a sandwich shop (freshly made), take-away tratoria (daily made), lunch place (they warm up the take-away and) a shop (they have some really nice wines and foods). They'll serve you real espresso (don't expect filtered coffee here) and/ or wine during for lunch along side a number of Italian juices. I used to work close to this place and frequent it quite a lot. Although the sandwiches are good, my favourite is in fact the warmed up take-away food with a nice glass of wine (like the italians do). Although the take-away menu changes regularily, there will almost always he a veal and a chicken dish somewhere there, as well as a frittata or vegetarian option. Also nice is the home-made tiramisu (or sugar brick, as I like to call it), which tastes owerwhelming and delicious if you have the stomach for it (and not too many new-years resolutions). Sharing is also an option:-). Additionaly (and expectadly), they also have a very decent collection of cold-cut meats which is great for the afternoon snack to be shared with a nice glass of Chianti (and fava-beans;-)). Service is also very Italian (some of which also of Italian origin), meaning that you'll probably have to the register every time you want to order something. In fact the only thing not authentic about this place are its prices, as it doesn't come cheap. But in the end, what does come cheap at such a great location in the center of town.
