1) Food: Was fine, nothing negative but not something I would come back for
2) Rest rooms: Messy, dirty, no soap
3) Service: Everyone can have a bad day or their first day. But we engaged with 4 different waiters yesterday night - Did they all have their first and or bad day on that day?
- 1st waitress came while we were still getting seated and putting our stuff down and asked what we wanted to drink. We asked her for a moment to get a chance and check the menu first. She did not come again or pay attention to us for 15 minutes after that.
- The menu does not make sense (lunch/dinner) - The steak salad only for lunch, not dinner. Instead you can only order the Cesar salad for dinner, which is classically a lunch item. Where is the logic?
- Food was served before cutlery (the 30 min time window before food was served could have been a great opportunity to prepare our table with cutlery)
- One wrong drink was served. Honest mistake, no problem. But usually you extend a quick apology and get the correct order. Not here.
- Entire service staff seemed untrained and unsupervised
- The last 60 minutes, we wanted more drinks, but we either did not see any employee in the entire restaurant or they ignored all guests (no interest in selling drinks/desserts and make profits?)
- During the last 20 min, it started to smell like let's say politely "toilet" in the entire restaurant (why? What happened?)
- After what felt like 10 minutes of waiving, we were able to ask for the bill
- When it came and we asked to split it, the guy disrespectfully complained that we did not tell him earlier (maybe ask?)- to be fair, all other waiters/waitresses were much more polite.
The only reason why someone goes here is the location. There are no other reasons to go here and there are many other places to go within a 3 minute distance. I wish the owner best of luck with this business, but please pay an actual experienced professional to run it. This performance felt like kids playing restaurant. Staff needs training and supervision, quality needs controlling. read more
