The owner was busy stocking shelves with fresh organic produce when I entered, but she looked up to greet me and offered help finding things if need be. A nice warm welcome. I bought maple vanilla sheep yogurt and cheese (delicious!), Del ice cream (yum!), crackers and fresh fruit. The items were well priced and local. They also have a refrigerated area with nice looking pot pies and quiches. The shelves were well stocked with breads, jams and other sundries. Roxbury really needed a store like Good Grocer NY. Filthy restroom. Very often out of the tote bags that you buy if you forget to bring one. Not the most fun place in the world to shop in but it's the only game in town, so they get away with it. That sucks. I long for the days when we had both AP and The Victory Markets to shop in. That kept them both on their toes.
