It turned out there was a problem with a part that was recalled and he explained exactly what it was. He told me that although I didn't want to go to a dealer, that would be my best bet because they will likely fix it for free. He also didn't charge me for diagnosing the problem. He was extremely kind and honest, I feel so much better knowing exactly what the problem is and that I won't be dragged along when I take it to the dealer. I will definitely bring my car back to him in the event I need repairs in the future.

As a college aged female, I get the run around every time I go to get maintenance work done on things I don't need such as air filters that I changed two weeks ago or being told about oddball car issues I don't have in order to make extra money. I was recommended this shop by another woman who also has had work done on two cars by these guys and had a great experience. This place had very affordable pricing that did not charge extra for every little feature like rotating your tires or doing an inspection on your car. Their work was good quality, and I was done with maintenance work in less than an hour. The people were respectful, kind, and honest without being condescending. They have my highest recommendation for anyone but especially for women just trying to keep up with their car without the pink tax or hassle.

So anything built before 1970 should be okay. Thier vendor who tells them how to program new computer based parts takes 5 days to help them. Day 1 it took them all day to start looking at my car. Day 2 & 3 was the weekend. They aren't open. Day 4 my part didn't arrive until the afternoon delivery. Well I'm not surprised, if you don't order a part until after 4 pm, you aren't going to make the morning delivery. Assuming they actually order the part before they left on Friday. Day 5 they are in line to be helped program the part. But the vendor had a lot of their employees quit. But I was on the list... Day 6 I'm still on the vendor's list but they haven't been called yet. Day 7 the got hold of another vendor and they will there some time this afternoon. I guess the vendor they waited 3 days to call is actually able to do their job. They got it done in less than 1 day. Terry's customer service is as bad as their vendor's. I had to call to get updates on the status of my car. Then it was Ford's fault... Then I should be happy because my car IS fixed. Of course it's fixed I didn't take it to the shop to drive it home with the same problem!

I was pretty nervous to go to this guy due to seeing a lot of the bad reviews. After getting it in finally he called me several times to update me on what was going on with my car (very appreciated). He has answered all my calls and questions (which have been a lot) with out getting upset or frustrated. I saw a comment that said all the good reviews were his friend and to not believe them. I am not one of this guys friends and so far I have no complaints. I have read all of the reviews and in the case that I could have had the same situation (like my card not going through on their end and them wanting me to bring my own oil) seemed to have been resolved. He did not ask me to bring in my own oil and is now only taking cash or check, I'm guessing due to card reader errors. As of now I definitely recommend this place. Prices have been great too. He has not tried to take advantage of me (I am female) but I also have a big scary aunt who knows a lot about cars. In need of a mechanic. This guy is pretty good.

After waiting, the worker finally returned--not only with my car but also with multiple bags of fast food for himself and his coworkers. It was infuriating to see that he had stopped for fast food while using my vehicle. To make matters worse, he casually remarked about how comfortable the ride was. I was unaware of that until arriving at the DMV. After notifying him, I returned to figure out the signing process. After leaving the building, I was told that my money will be returned to me. And I will not be getting the car, even though I had already signed on the title and given cash. Not trust worthy people at all. Now my name is on the title of a car that I do not have the possession to. Would not recommend this place. The sad part is I've been going here for about 10 years. I had a door dent on a crease that was no doubt obvious to see, but hard to get to. I was told up front that a simple dent pull may not make it 100%, but it DID! Well, that and some extra work. I received timely text updates throughout the two day service period. And when it was finished, Jimmy called to ask if I wanted to see it before putting things back together. I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied! Tre was so wonderful in taking me home when I dropped off the Explorer, and then offered to return when finished. I got a ride to pick it up.
