I signed an authorization for payment for everything and they just didn't ever bill my credit card. I also had Enrolled in a monthly service to have my system checked and have salt and have the bulb changed each year. They stopped coming and didn't bill us anymore so we thought they just didn't want our business and then we receive a collection notice for the system install from a year ago and all of the months for the service plan that we didn't even know we still had because we never received a bill, a call, salt, anyone checking our system or anything.
