From start to finish, the experience was professional and efficient. The technicians were wonderful and very well-educated. I would highly recommend your services for any well and filtration needs.

It was Easter Sunday and my elderly mother's water pump to her well failed. I gave her a list of…read morebusinesses and told her to call me after getting quotes. This business was not at the top of the list as I knew them to be on the higher end of the price point, but were a reputable business. This was the first company she called and they came right out. They explained to my freeloading unemployed adult brother that lives there that if they came out the work would be completed as it was on an emergency basis. They were pretty straightforward and they agreed they would complete the work (once the pump is pulled it needs to be replaced immediately to restore water). The total was up around 3700 and my mom had given them a credit card to complete the work. My husband contacted the business as this was a large expense for her being on a fixed income with no financial help in her household, and they agreed to give her a senior citizen discount of 10% and they completed the transaction on her card. They also explained that it would have to be flushed for a while until water was clear before water went through fixtures (there's a lot of sediment). Well, they could've stayed and done this for her but would've charged by the hour and so they explained to my brother how to do it and he agreed he would be capable of this. Thankfully, he's unemployed and has lots of time on his hands and should have been capable to do this for her. Unfortunately, the water was turned on before the flush was completed as discussed and sediment was introduced to the fixtures, causing low water pressure. My brother had called the company complaining of the low water pressure and Paul was happy to come out to troubleshoot. It was at that time Paul reiterated that the flush had to be completed and the aerators were clogged from sediment by failing to do so. Paul had actually offered to flush it himself and clean the aerator, but he was not permitted entry. Based off their diagnostics she also needs a new tank. She was given a quote with 10% and Paul also said that she can work out a payment plan if unable to pay at once. Overall they are a little on the high end but are responsive to emergency calls, helpful and overall an honest company to work with.

BUYER BEWARE...BUYER BEWARE...BUYER BEWARE! If we could give…read morezeros stars, we would in a heartbeat. Used them two years ago to have a new irrigation/well pump installed. Charged us over $4,100 with a five year warranty on the pump. When questioned about the exorbitant price, owner took offense to our asking and was verbally abusive. Strike one. Fast forward two years later, our pump died, we contacted him to check on our system (the only reason we contacted this company again was because of the warranty that was on the pump) and responded with: "I can't honor this warranty, the pump is probably fried and I would advise you find someone else to do this job"...then walked out of the house without saying a word. Strike two. Owner is rude, unprofessional, arrived late and oh by the way, NEVER PUT ON A MASK WHEN HE WALKED INTO OUR HOUSE. Disgustingly reeked of cigarettes. Strike three. BOTTOM LINE: This company does not stand behind their work, let alone honor their own and/or product warranties and is about as unprofessional as there is. I guess they have enough business not to care how other customers feel. Will be contacting the vendor of the pump, our town hall, MA Better Business Bureau to file formal grievances for theft of service and failure to stand behind a legit warranty. If you need someone to work on your pump...run away from this company as fast as you can and find a company that is responsive and professional. As I said at the beginning of this review, BUYER BEWARE!

They were able to quickly diagnose my issue (a weak old dying water pump) and make next-day repairs so that we never lost water. After the fix, our water pressure was back to normal. Further, they walked me through how to periodically check the inside tank pressure to ensure we would not be straining the new pump unnecessarily. Highly recommend!

I did preliminary checks on my…read moreown and deduced it was either bad wire to pump or pump itself. ---- Full disclosure; I was advised to call another local well company from someone who's familiar with their work. Did that aprx. 7pm Sun, hoping call back by next morning despite holiday, unaware if they observed. By 7:30am I had yet to receive a call so I moved on to find someone else. That company DID call me back aprx. 20 minutes after talking to Garnet but I liked how he discussed matter with me, had already committed to him ---- Google searched & found Garnet across town with high rating reviews. Before calling, I already had a figure in my mind aprx. cost worse case scenario pump. Called Garnet himself 7:30am from work, he answered right away. Explained dire situation to him w/ two babies home, he said could be there within hour as he's only across town but waiting for his helper to get back from another call. Sure enough, within an hour he's at my house and starting to diagnose the issue. It was the pump. 2nd snowy day of season yet between him and his helper they hustled and did the pump, replaced old multi turn valve on bottom of my pressure tank with a new 1/4 turn valve and other misc. Necessary small parts. His invoice came in aprx. $400 LESS than what I prepared myself for, so that was a big relief. He also measured my well & pump depth and kept water running in yard to expel all sediment churned up during the job that's inevitable (it was my responsibility to check bucket hourly for sediment & water clarity before sending water to house and my water filtration system to avoid damage, easy). By the time I got home, I was able to turn on water to house 4 hours later and I've never been more grateful for water. But in all honesty, I've never been more grateful for honeat men like Garnet. He was such a nice man to speak to during the whole ordeal, very clear on explaining everything including post install instructions, specs on my well that I wasn't even aware of, and most importantly he wasted no time coming out IMMEDIATELY during such a stressful emergency situation for my family. Definitely a straight shooter no BS type. I am beyond thrilled and while I hope I never have to see him again (for well related issues ), I would absolutely NOT hesitate to make him my first call god forbid something else happens. Garnet and his team are true workers, you 110% cannot go wrong when hits the fan

As luck would have it, our well pump died yesterday. Being a Saturday, the day before a large storm, we weren't sure we would find someone willing to come out, so we called several numbers and left messages. Darin Miller, the owner, was very responsive and he and an employee spent 2-1/2 hours out in the bitter cold replacing our pump. Our well is very deep; and the cold kept freezing things up hampering their work; but they stuck it out until the job was completed. In addition, we had changed the water filter before he arrived. I went down in the basement a while after they left and the filter was leaking. Darin came back first thing this morning to check it out; and we had not sealed it properly! We cannot be more thankful and appreciative to Darin and his employee for helping us on one of the most frigid days/stormy weekends of the year!!!!
