I just had the most wonderful experience at this Fleet Feet. I went in looking for some new running shoes for the first time in almost five years and was instantly greeted with the best customer service. Beckett was so attentive and knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to what I needed. We talked about running and he actually inspired me to get back into it myself. Such a great experience and the best customer service! read more

They have the BEST customer service!! Had a small issue with a couple of pairs of running shoes that I had purchased earlier this year. I called Austin (I live in Oregon and have to travel a few hours to get to location) and told him my issues with the shoes I had. I was hesitant to ask for help, but Austin reassured me that they would help me fix my problem with my current shoes. I ended up getting two new pairs of shoes (different brand, of course) and two pairs of insoles. Timothy, the salesman who helped me this time, he did the new computer measuring of my feet and discovered I needed a different size than previously thought. Timothy was exceedingly patient as I tried on several boxes of shoes. I'm so happy that I called in to ask for help. Austin & Timothy solved my problem. I am a very happy customer. Highly recommend this location. read more

Highly recommend this store! Austin said their most important goal is to get the correct fit onto my feet--and he meant it! It took several tries but we finally found the right shoes. Since they didn't have the exact size in stock, he even mailed them to me so I wouldn't have to drive down dreaded Eagle Road! This place is the best for quality products and especially top-quality service. Thank you, Austin! read more

I was worried about it being too expensive to buy shoes here, but we were out the door for less than $200 for running shoes, socks and insoles. The service is great, and they are not pushy. They measure your feet to get the best fit - including if your feet are flat, wide, etc. I will be back here for walking shoes next! read more

Very nice staff! Workers were a lot more knowledgeable about shoes than other stores and cared about us more. Awesome selection of shoes and socks. They didnt pressure us to buy. Overall amazing! read more

I have bought shoes here a few times and was satisfied. I went back today and thought the customer service was poor. A good sales person should realize that you can't use the same sales pitch on every customer. Customers are all different and shouldn't be pushed into what they don't want even if it doesn't fit into what the sales person wants. And never down a competitor and tell the customer that they can go there if the customer wants cheap shoes. read more

About three months ago, our family sat in the auditorium at Rocky Mountain High School and one of the coaches said, " Go see the team at Fleet Feet, for you kiddos needs." I repeated, "Fleet Feet" and "The Village in Meridian" several times over trying to remember where I had saw where they were located as being a frequent visitor to The Village, I must have passed it several if not 10 times over but for the life of me I couldn't recall where it was situated. That weekend, I parked the car on the outskirts of the Boise Coop and walked over to The Village, ( Hey, steps are great.) Fleet Feet is located on the side between both avenues and if you're thinking that all of this is completely useless, ha! you're in for a surprise. I, too, was skeptical walking into a runner's store after spending time in big-box retailers, factory stores, Amazon and the rest but Fleet Feet is different and it's different in the following ways. (1) Alex and the team are simply phenomenal. They care about each and every person who walks in. I've been there three times, and each time Alex, Austin, and/or anyone of the team greets me by name and asks about how we're doing like we've been out-of-touch friends. (2) The time that each of the staff spends with you, getting to know you and what you're looking for is genuine. They're not doing this to up-sell you or empty your wallets. They truly want you to feel better and for your feet to feel fantastic. They are experts in the field. They know running, exercising, jogging, running, track and field and more. (3) There are sizes and styles for everyone. Plus there are all sorts of gadgets, and accessories. (4) The prices are not crazy expensive. Think about being on your feet 8-10 hours a day for 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Do you really believe that the comfortableness or the pain is worth not investing in your feet? Hey, I'm tight on my budget but while you can get the same selection of shoes on Amazon for essentially a 1 or 2 less, you're not getting the information and care that your feet need. I can assure you that Alex and his team will empty the store shelves to find the right shoe for you. I am believer and I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to listen to the coach all those months back. My son and my wife both are better because of Fleet Feet. read more

Alex was so friendly, informative, helpful and just awesome!! Greats sales person. He didn't pressure us on the purchases. He just gave us all the best options. He's a great asset to Fleet Feet read more

I have been wanting to get back into running for a while but I was always too intimidated to get fitted for an actual shoe. My fiancé and I went into the store and Dillon was awesome. Took the time to talk me through his recommendations and why he recommended them. I asked him about more expensive shoes and I was pleasantly surprised he didn't try to upsell me. Store has a great vibe and everyone was extremely friendly and nice. Definitely recommend and I will be back once these shoes wear out! read more

Definitely one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Staff is always very friendly you always feel welcomed and they are extremely knowledgeable. I went in about a month ago, The shoes that I had originally purchased didn't quite work out for me. Brenna helped me picked out the shoes that worked for me. She is always patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Brenna is just awesome!!! I cannot say enough about the staff. They are a bunch of great people that are passionate about running are extremely knowledgeable on all their products. Alex is also great! When you go in ask for Brenna or Alex! read more

My husband and I went in to look for new walking shoes for me. I'm a distance walker (10-13 miles a night) and go through shoes pretty quickly. I last had my stride analyzed by a local running shoe store on State Street but wasn't taken too seriously there. I'm not your typical athlete but take my walking seriously and want the best shoe for my feet, having had multiple surgeries on my feet and ankles. We were helped by Mark who put me through all of their stride and pressure analysis systems and was extremely thorough in his presentation of the facts. He was able to assist me in shoes that I'm hopeful will be just what I need. He was so helpful that my husband, who works on concrete floors 10 hours a day, decided to go through the analysis. We left after spending $300 but feeling good about the validity of our choices. Thank you, Mark. You do great work! read more

It was great how much time the sales associate spent with me. All of the questions and options she provided got me the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I'm a customer for life thanks to the outstanding customer service and variety of products you offer. read more

I was just at the Meridian Fleet Feet today with my elderly mother who has arthritis in her feet and has had trouble walking. We were helped by Eric (I'm pretty sure that was his name) and he was AMAZING!! Super patient with my mother who has never had her foot scanned or gotten insoles. He explained everything to her every step of the way and made sure she felt comfortable and understood it all. After three shoes she found a great fit but Eric still had her try two other shoes just to be sure. She was walking better even just in the store and loves her shoes... wore them out because she couldnt bear to put the old ones back on. Thank you, Eric! You made an anxious daughter very relieved. And I got a new pair of shoes with insoles in the end also! A great fit. read more

This is my 2nd time purchasing running shoes from FF. ALWAYS amazing customer service and very detail oriented! I also used a Groupon deal- which is always nice! read more

These guys are the BEST! They are passionate about their product, genuinely care about the customer, and desire to help people reach their fitness goals (no matter what those goals look like)! Aside from offering top-notch customer service and quality products, Fleet Feet is all about the local community! Every Wednesday they host a free run at the Village and invite the community to join. I've attended one before, and the vast mix of people from all walks of life that show up for these runs is incredible! They also offers training programs for runners- so if you're looking to start running, or just want to step-up your running game, they can help you accomplish your goals. Now on to the products... Before they pull out one pair of shoes for you to try on they measure your foot, take a look at your arch, evaluate how your foot moves when you walk, and ask you questions about what your fitness goals are. THEN, they bring out a few different pairs of shoes to try on and have you walk around the store and run around out front in them. I ended up deciding on a pair of New Balance sneakers, and I already feel more than amazing about my purchase! I feel like I've been blindly purchasing running shoes until now. It's crazy how wrong all my other pairs of sneakers feel after experiencing what it's like to wear shoes that are actually right for my foot. The shoes I bought were a bit spendy, but I don't even feel the slightest bit guilty for buying them because I know it will pay off in the form of being able to run without my feet cramping! I'll def be back the next time I need to buy running shoes or anything of the sort! read more

I needed a new pair of shoes and decided to stop in and check out their selection. I was accompanied by my sister, mom and dad who were in town visiting. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes and my mom also bought a pair. We were so impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the owner Brandon, who was later joined by his brother who also works there. The store is locally owned and this is exactly the kind of place you want to support and do business with!!! I will only by shoes from here! They guarantee the products and if the shoes end up not working for you they encourage you to bring them back! What a great addition to Meridian and best of luck to the owners....you deserve success with your new store! read more

What great service. The co-owner checked out my gate and recommended several shoes for me. I tried a completely different brand than I was used to and she advised if the shoes don't work for me to bring them in for a different pair. They stand behind their products and provide much better service than the big chain stores. I highly recommend their store. Update - I had to return the pair of shoes after a few runs. Just not the shoe for me. They gladly took them back (no receipt needed if you are in their system) and exchanged for my normal brand. If that wasn't great, I also had a loyalty credit from my purchase that allowed me to get some new running shorts. I will be back for my next purchase. read more

This place has the best customer service. My kid asked about 12 questions about foot pain & all of his questions were answered perfectly! Thank you read more

Austin did a great job today helping get me fitted with new shoes. Knowledgeable, positive personality and resourceful.

New ownership has killed the place. They don't have any of the good shoes in stock. You used to be able to order shoes that they didn't have in stock. Now whatever garbage they have is what you get. read more

They did a great running evaluation and I think I like my new Mizuno shoes better than any other one I have had.

I literally knew nothing about running and they went through the whole complete package of shoes, socks, hydration, nutrition, headphones etc. They were all so patient and supportive especially when I told them I'm running a half marathon in 7 weeks. read more

Great service, Brandon took the time to really understand what the best shoe was for me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. Great selection of gear and clothing as well. read more

Awesome store! The owners (and staff) are amazing-everyone is so cheery, helpful and very knowledgable! My family was passing through Meridian and looking for running belts that would fit the new iPhone6 Plus and they had just what we needed, in many colors to choose from! I was originally thinking Fleet Feet was just a running shoe store... But I was wrong! They have the cutest workout clothes, lots of running (and athletic) gear, running gels, and all sorts of fun gadgets to track runs! You can tell the store is well loved, by the owners, staff and the community! Wish we lived closer!! See you soon Fleet Feet Meridian, and thanks for everything! read more

Today we were excitedly waved into the store. The sales person invited us to come running with their group! Our sales specialist Ryan was awesome. He took a lot of time talking us through the shoes and why he was recommending them. We are excited to try them out. read more

You've probably heard an old saying that says something like "If Mama's not happy, ain't NOBODY happy!" I would add, "If Mama's FEET aren't happy, ain't no way MAMA'S gonna be happy!! Well, I've been living that, from one foot or ankle problem ~both actually, my feet have been MISERABLE!! And as retired seniors, hubby & I wanna start a walking regimen for our better health but I need shoes that are comfortable & fit for a good daily walk. I had seen ads for "Fleet Feet" store at the Village in Meridian & decided I'd give 'em a try. So my husband & I drove over there Sunday evening & went in at about 7 p.m., a pleasant young man named Austin, greeted us & we explained our purpose for being there & he ushered us to a row of comfortable seats where he then had me remove my terribly uncomfortable sneakers & then escorted me the few steps to a 3-D imaging device on which I stood while he captured the images to then show us once seated again....it was a very cool device for foot measurement! I always knew that our feet flattened out as we age, & our arches [basically] just collapse under the weight of a life time! So it isn't just our skin and/or hair that changes, our feet do as well....get 'em properly measured folks! Austin asked a few pertinent questions related to styles and colors & excused himself to zip into the back & locate some ideas he had in mind for me. He returned with 4 boxes of different shoes which he unwrapped & prepped for me to slip on & walk around the store in. For a variety of reasons, none of the first four worked & after a bit more chatting, we decided I should try a New Balance model. It is AWESOME.....the shoes are a perfect fit & they're nice looking too! I am NOT an athletic type (wanna be but never was) but I DO love to walk outside in the sun preferably but will take whatever God sends us weather wise & go anyway, if possible. I am eager to get out there & get healthier! So to wrap up my too long note here, THANK YOU to Fleet Feet!! And to their excellent hiring choices & offering such a well trained & wonderful employee, as was Austin, to assist a couple of old seniors on a Sunday night! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store in the Village at Meridian and their wonderful employee, Austin. GO.....get your dancin' feet happy again!! :D :) read more

My husband went in to get fitted for our first running shoes and Megan and Nicole were so knowledgeable and helpful! They really made the whole process a fun experience! They informed us of running clubs and great places to run. We would highly recommend Fleet Feet to anyone purchasing running shoes or apparel. We love Fleet Feet! read more

One of my boys won a free pair of shoes through Pacers at their school. Fleet Feet not only provides valuable information on finding the right shoes for you and your family, but they encourage and help motivate kids to run! Brandon was amazing with my other son during The Fastest Kid in the Valley race, that they put on. My son was getting behind and feeling down on himself right from the start and just started crying. Brandon took the time to talk to him about always doing the best he can and doing it for himself. My son didn't end up finishing the race but he restarted 3 times to try, and he wouldn't have done that without Brandon's encouragement. Wonderful store ran by Wonderful people! read more

Laramie at Fleet Feet was very knowledgable and diagnosed why my feet were hurting in my current shoes. She found correct ones for me and my feet do not hurt at all! Thank you, Laramie and Fleet Feet! read more

Being new to the running, jogging for me right now, world I was just using a pair of running shoes I bought at a non-specialized shoe store and it was really starting to show in my ankles and knees. So I decided to go in to this store at a recommendation of a good friend. I am so thankful I listened to my friend! I felt so comfortable the minute I walked in. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I was greeted and later helped by Megan... Great personality, very educated on the subject and super easy to work with. She even made me run the hallway to see how the shoes would feel. I felt like Cinder-runner with finding my pair of perfect shoes. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone and everyone that is serious about taking care of their body while getting on with their healthy lifestyle! The customer service and product was WELL worth the cost of the shoes and inserts. Thank you Fleet Feet! read more
