Her studio was very clean, everything was wiped down as it should be and just overall a very professional and great experience. I definitely would highly recommend Brooke for any of the services she provides and especially for a lash lift!! Thank you Brooke!

I chose apple over pumpkin spice, although both smelled delicious. After checking in, I was directed to the lounge area to wait for my massage therapist. I believe her name was Juliana. She came to get me, gave me a brief introduction and a few instructions, and got right to work. Let me tell you, she did an AMAZING job. The massage was so good that I'm pretty sure I fell asleep and started snoring loudly. When she woke me up, I couldn't believe the 70 minutes had already passed! She stepped out to give me time to get dressed, and apparently, I fell right back asleep. LOL. I eventually woke up, got dressed, and was offered tea or water. I chose tea and enjoyed relaxing a little longer afterward. I left feeling so good. My muscles felt relaxed, and I didn't have that usual feeling of knots or tension. That alone tells me the massage was well worth it. I know robes and slippers are available with certain packages, and I think having those would make the experience feel even more like a full spa day. That's just my personal preference, though, and it doesn't take away from the quality of the massage. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. If the massage has you falling asleep and snoring, you know they're doing something right! And this is actually my 2nd time here. I will definitely be back. One tip is if you use a gift card - just know that you will have to tip separate.

Booking online could be better- as the current website is a little confined in its mobile state. But that doesn't effect your in-person experience. I was pleased with the feature that let me choose my preferred stylist- as I can now book my appointments with the same hair professional. On the note of professionals, with a little bit of research online I could tell that the stylists here meant business. In my experience, they will give you tips and advice for managing your new look- as well as an estimate for when your next appointment should be. It is important you know what style you want before you go however, as you may need a consultation if you don't. That is a separate product/appointment that they offer. A big thanks to my stylist Cam, for helping me understand the steps to get my hair to look the way I wanted it to! I will absolutely keep coming back because of this standard of care. Maybe it's just me personally who needs to get used to something other than my natural hair, but the lashes they put on are so scratchy and uncomfortable. My whole reason for getting them done was so I wouldn't have to wear mascara, so I'm just not a fan of how it feels. If my lashes were softer I would book another appointment.
