I was never warned or told this could happen otherwise I would have never paid $250 to get second degree burns on my lips. My lip is still recovering and although the swelling has come down I am still in discomfort. I don't think the results were good enough to justify lip damage. Also the technician made false claims about using strawberry to further whiten teeth even though on every site I've found it says not too because of the acid. Next time I will be going to a more professional location and having a certified dentist do it.

I did some scouring of yelp... then found Re-lash and I was able to make an appointment to get my lashes removed with Reana for the same day. I'm so happy I did!!! Reana made me feel comfortable heard me out, and even though my lashes hurt and looked ridiculous she wasn't overly judgmental and kept it pretty professional. She explained how the process works for removal and began gently removing the remaining lashes. Reana gently washed my eyes to reduce the stinging sensation which occurs with all glue removers. Then she wiped my eyes with these rose wipes which smelled great. Finally, she then washed my eyes again, and voila! No more tore up lashes, no mores stinging and no more poking me in the eye! You can tell Reana is passionate about lashes and knows her stuff. She took the time to show me my lashes which she removed (again, from another salon) and showed how different they were from hers. Explained why the others hurt and explained her process and prices. I LOVE how lash extensions look and when i'm ready to get back in the market for them i'm definitely going to check out Reana.

I got there right in time there was only 1 person in front of me a few minutes after me a rush of people came like 15 people back to back. Zach sat me down and took care of me fast. I told him I was a little nervous and he said no worries it will be quick and it was. The pain didn't really hurt but the sound of it sucked, gross haha. It's doing very well too. I would come back for sure! Parking is on the street, across the way or buildings on either side of the shop. Parking can get a little sucky though. Very clean shop, small but efficient.

I had the piercer look at my piercing and after he inspected it, he asked me a few questions. He then told me that the earring that was put in my ear was of cheap quality, and it was also a curved barbell, which was causing my ear to grow around it. He explained to me that with a tragus piercing only a straight piece of jewelry should be used. He also explained a few other things that I was unaware of. He gladly replaced the jewelry free of charge. Shame on anchored and flesh for taking advantage of people and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I was told that the incisions would be placed in the natural crease of my eyelids and would be minimally noticeable. However, the scars sit above the crease -- especially on the right side and are more visible than I was led to believe. In addition, both eyes have a noticeable bump on the inner corner near the nose, which was not something I expected or was prepared for. I understand that all surgery involves scarring, but my concern is that the placement and appearance of these scars do not match what I was told during the consultation. When I brought this up during a follow‑up visit, I felt dismissed. The surgeon physically backed away from me as I explained my concerns, which made me feel unheard and uncomfortable. I had hoped for a more supportive and transparent conversation about my options. Overall, I am disappointed with both the outcome and the communication surrounding it.
