I was never warned or told this could happen otherwise I would have never paid $250 to get second degree burns on my lips. My lip is still recovering and although the swelling has come down I am still in discomfort. I don't think the results were good enough to justify lip damage. Also the technician made false claims about using strawberry to further whiten teeth even though on every site I've found it says not too because of the acid. Next time I will be going to a more professional location and having a certified dentist do it.

There is also a small parking lot in the back. When I enter the building, I go downstairs for general dentistry. There is a small waiting room with a few chairs and the hygienist will bring you back to the room when ready. I never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes before meeting the hygienist. From February 2022 to September 2024, I went to Capitol Hill Dental for all my dental visits mostly for just cleaning and exams. The front desk staff and hygienist were always very friendly and we had great conversations. My teeth came out clean and were healthy. During my visit in September 2024, the staff informed me that next month Corporate has moved the general dentistry dentist and hygienist to another office and this location was going to be closed. They offered me to make my next appointment in that other office in Johnston or Scituate or to change dental offices. I decided to look for another dentist office in Providence since it is more convenient.

You can book a time slot on her website and there's a variety of time slots and options for what kind of tan. I did the full body classic but she also offers half body, face, add ons like quick dry, sweat proof etc. She also has permanent jewelry and teeth whitening! $40 for the full body classic and absolutely worth not having to worry about missing spots if you do it yourself. Allie is incredibly friendly and instructs you on what to do if you've never been before. Inside the spray room there are also makeup wipes, hair nets, disposable undergarments, hair elastics- literally everything and anything you could possibly need. Even a snack basket :). You're also in and out in less than 20 minutes!

I did some scouring of yelp... then found Re-lash and I was able to make an appointment to get my lashes removed with Reana for the same day. I'm so happy I did!!! Reana made me feel comfortable heard me out, and even though my lashes hurt and looked ridiculous she wasn't overly judgmental and kept it pretty professional. She explained how the process works for removal and began gently removing the remaining lashes. Reana gently washed my eyes to reduce the stinging sensation which occurs with all glue removers. Then she wiped my eyes with these rose wipes which smelled great. Finally, she then washed my eyes again, and voila! No more tore up lashes, no mores stinging and no more poking me in the eye! You can tell Reana is passionate about lashes and knows her stuff. She took the time to show me my lashes which she removed (again, from another salon) and showed how different they were from hers. Explained why the others hurt and explained her process and prices. I LOVE how lash extensions look and when i'm ready to get back in the market for them i'm definitely going to check out Reana.
