My experience today was absolutely awesome. Andrea was very kind and very welcoming. She gave me a wonderful haircut that turned out even better than I imagined. When washing my hair I received an awesome scalp massage. I was kind of worried about my psoriasis but I was made to feel very comfortable and cared for. Overall this will be the only salon I go to. They also offer all kinds of other services like laser hair removal and what not. Seems like a one stop shop! I also enjoyed being able to book online and see all the appointments instead of having to call. read more

I've know Nereyda from previous salons before she opened Flawless. The Flawless staff of stylists are not only incredibly talented, but they're lots of fun to be around. Nereyda has real talent. Since she began cutting my hair, she's suggested different styles and they've all been amazing for me. I showed her some inspiration pictures and the magic that this Goddess worked up was more than I could have ever imagined!! She was so patient, and explained the whole process to me. I did a huge change, cutting my long hair and coloring it for the first time. But, I felt reassured every step of the way. Rose goes above and beyond and her work speaks for itself!! The salon is gorgeous and every single person there was INCREDIBLY welcoming and nice. The hole vibe is so amazing. I cannot recommend this salon or Rose more!! I followed both my nail tech, Kim Taylor and my stylist Nereyda Martinez to this location. The salon is shiny clean, well-decorated and very relaxing. Both Nereyda and Kim are lovely ladies and more than competent in their fields. Both are conscientious and perfectionists. I always get compliments from people after I've been there to have my hair and/or nails done. I love both the ladies not only for their excellent work, but also because they are such nice people. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

SAILOR Is a miracle worker! I ruined me hair with a diy highlight idea and ended up with horrible looking orange spotty hair. I went to sailor and she spent her time protecting my hair from further damage and coloring it to perfection. Something I didn't think was possible! I went here for the first time after diligently trying to find a competent stylist after moving from another state. Nettie had definitely been worth my wait. She offers insight and recommendations but also respects what I have been used to with my hair. Together we have a good plan going for my hair. Call to make an appointment haven't had my hair done in a year and finally decided to get it done, when I called the nice lady made me feel lucky because they had an appointment immediately so she made the appointment within 15 minutes for me to come and get my hair done. I come within 15 minutes and they said that she didn't know what she was talking about because the woman that was supposed to do my hair was in an appointment and was going to take an hour. The most unprofessional rude worker and I'm so thankful she didn't do my hair with that attitude. I highly do not recommend making an appointment without verifying and going in to make sure that it's an actual appointment because they have zero communication in their small shop. When I walked in does not look like they sanitize very well they have tons of things laying around everywhere and does not look like a place to go during Covid! Thankful they suck at appointments and communications so I didn't get sick or have to be around negative energy! DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more
