If it wasn't for time constraints and emergent resolution I would've gone somewhere else. I just wish they were more reasonable with cost and not take advantage of emergent needs. You don't build long-term value by treating people like this. You make your money from repeat business and referrals, not one rushed sale that alienates everyone.
