I was very picky about my nails and I came back a second time and a third time and she knocked out of the park. Had me look very closely at all my nails, just to make sure I felt good about them! They have a good amount of availability so that it's never too hard to find an appointment time that works, even when I have to reschedule the week before. Their reschedule policy is anything within 24 hours of the appointment, which is more than fair. They also have snacks and a little mini fridge stocked with Poppi, a nice touch and small treat that I look forward to every appointment. Beware that some of them charge a $3 fee to use a credit card. Parking is easy with a city lot on the other side of the block, and lots of street parking nearby. There is also a spot right in front, but it's tight to get in and out of, and not always available.

My daughter showed her a picture of what she wanted and nana made it happen - on tiny nails!! We are on vacation and she's getting loads of compliments from grown women and people whose little girl want their nails done for weddings who can't get press ons to fit (nana did GelX at my request). I'm including a picture of the finished product. Nana is a true artist!!! She pays close attention to detail. They have a lot of availability and more extensive hours. That's how I ended up here after not…read morebeing able to get an appointment elsewhere at a convenient time for me. I tried lash extensions for the first time (after years of lash lifts), and it was a mixed experience. My first set looked crazy! I didn't know what to ask for, and apparently chose wrong based on the consultation. I tried to get used to them, but I was feeling ridiculous and had to go back a few days later to undo them. They were able to figure out how to tone them down, so I tried to stick with them for a few fills. The fills always looked pretty good for 7-9 days or so, but days 10-14 were straggly and unkempt. Even with following their after care to a T and buying their cleaning solution. I also thought it would save me time not having to wear mascara, but I ended up spending way more time brushing them. Also having to lay there for 75 minutes every other week was way more time consuming than a quick 30-45 minute lash lift every 6 weeks. And the beds are quite uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. I ended up getting the extensions removed and going back to lash lifts. I made the appointment in person, and there was no mention of the price. I thought it was going to be $99 like their printed brochure says, but was charged $149 after the service with an explanation that they only offer the higher priced option with keratin add-on and that the brochures (that they still have at their register) are wrong. $50 lesson for me to make sure I confirm pricing before a service. In summary, lash extensions are not for me. And their beds and pricing practices are not for me either.
