Please keep in mind that this review will be about these classes. I think it's incredibly generous to offer this trial as it allows you to check out several types of dance styles and instructors. They have an app, which I found to be really easy to use. They clearly label which classes are part of the trial and provide confirmation and reminders. The schedule accommodated work schedules and if weekdays were too tight, they had classes on weekends as well. They have 3 studio rooms and they had a person checking people in which could let you know where the class you were taking would be. One studio was large and the other two were about half the size. Each has its own bathroom which was nice. I tried a few Bollywood classes, Latin dance, a barre class and a Tahitian class. While the Bollywood cardio and Latin classes were the most popular, the instructors were all very patient and energetic. The Bollywood cardio class wasn't geared to really teach moves but more for you to follow along as best as you can and hope you get it before the next move. My personal goal is to stay on beat and try to get 60-80% of any class I take which I was easily able to for the classes. There is plenty of parking and the rooms are clean. When I have some discretionary income I'll definitely come back to buy a package so I can keep shaking my groove thang.

The gaslighting is honestly crazy. Mrs Angela IGNORED emails where I asked for clarification on my children's placement. When I asked the teachers in person how we could improve (after confirming it was a good time to talk and talking privately in their office), I was told that questioning their placement decisions was disrespectful. No mention of how my kids could actually improve. There were no behavioral issues, no failure to achieve specific goals, just "this is our placement decision, we don't need to give you reasons, it's disrespectful to question it." This lady doesn't care about kids. If she did, she would have been compassionate to my 6 and 3 year olds who were crying that they couldn't perform. She just doesn't like to admit that her business is poorly run so she ignores problems and kicks people out who try to discuss it. They treat the kids like paychecks, act accommodating when you sign up, and then just move people around as they see fit to make more room in classes or ensembles, regardless of the effect on the children. It's honestly harmful to the kids, who think they did something wrong (and again, the studio couldn't actually list anything we had done wrong). But this studio would rather tell a 3 and 6 year old that they are not good enough than admit their clerical errors. Don't expose your kids to this. Original review below: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They have terrible office staff who misplaced my children. When they were told the proper level A MONTH after class began, they provided no help on how our daughter could stay with the friends she had made. They will take your deposits and change your schedule no questions asked. And if you do ask questions, they will call you "disrespectful." Absolutely disgusting way to treat children. They literally just take your deposit and do whatever they want with your children. Not a single class started on time and the owner was 45 minutes late to a meeting with me. Worst business I've ever dealt with.

First off it's always a little intimidating going to a new work out class but everyone here was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. It is a safe space to express yourself and dance your heart out! All of the instructors I've had so far had amazing energy and shared some great moves that were also easy to follow. I suggest letting the check in person know it's your first class so they can guide you (like borrowing knee pads or grabbing a chair for certain classes). Other than my slight difficulty in finding it and somewhat limited parking (there's a small lot and street parking), I love this place and would highly recommend trying it!
