I was greeted by a tech employee working on the computer. Took a few minutes for an actual employee of the spa to greet me. Not very good reading material while I waited, no services offered menus either. I was surprised as a first time client I was not asked to fill out any paperwork, no health history, no consent form for a clinical dermaplan facial. My esthetician was a woman of few words. The only questioned she asked me was if I had ever had a dermaplan before. After that, it was to tell me she was beginning the dermaplaning, and then to let me know my service was over. Checking out was worse than checking in, only the tech man behind the desk. I waited 10 min before an employee walked out to greet a client, I asked if I could pay. Ten minutes later the employee greeted me apologetically, asking if I had come out of a facial. When I said yes, she was embarrassed no one had assisted me. I should have just walked out, but my conscious wouldn't let me. Having just moved to the area, I will most definitely try other spas.

She quoted me an hourly rate and approximate number of hours based on the size/complexity of the art work and her estimate was spot on. When I arrived she was warm and friendly, helping me feel at ease in her space. She had already printed and sized the art work, but was prepared to re-size if I wasn't quite satisfied. She double and triple-checked what I wanted before we started any art work. She offered me a numbing cream, which was TREMENDOUSLY helpful.
