I was surprised as a first time client I was not asked to fill out any paperwork, no health history, no consent form for a clinical dermaplan facial. My esthetician was a woman of few words. The only questioned she asked me was if I had ever had a dermaplan before. After that, it was to tell me she was beginning the dermaplaning, and then to let me know my service was over. Checking out was worse than checking in, only the tech man behind the desk. I waited 10 min before an employee walked out to greet a client, I asked if I could pay. Ten minutes later the employee greeted me apologetically, asking if I had come out of a facial. When I said yes, she was embarrassed no one had assisted me. I should have just walked out, but my conscious wouldn't let me. Having just moved to the area, I will most definitely try other spas.
