The friendliness is Lackluster at best:/ Becoming a regular customer & a good tipper 1 may expect..."hi, how you doing!" I went a few days ago & the carwash was closed, only self service. I used the vacuum prior. It was Grossness! Being carwash employees it would be a given that one worker would check the vacuum areas & property in general. This would equate picking up after others. Unfortunately people who use the vaccums are obviously Trashy & don't g-a-s;). They have access to trash bins which are conveniently located in the middle of 2 vaccums. It's obvious that many custoners can't seem to put their junk in those big round things that include a trash bag aka bins for trash:(. It's nasty to walk through muck, mire add wrappers, butts, pens, & nasty bits in the surrounding areas. Maybe these guys are not paid a reasonable wage. I believe all workers be paid a fair wage to live with a degree of certainty & security!! It could be the reason why (?) workers are not cheerful. I went up the road a piece & made a change. I'll keep you posted. I'm hopeful they'll notice a regular customer who is friendly, tip$$ & smiles when a regular customer goes through the car wash.

Many places are not, and you can tell easily. Here they are immaculate. So I know that my truck is not getting dirt beaten into it and scratched. Also, the attendants at the beginning really do a complete brush down. I like the service I feel like it is a very thorough wash beginning to end, and they actually give enough time to dry your vehicle. Many places have a timer that is too short. Very economical plan, I can do it as often as I want. Personnel are friendly and my truck al always looks sparkling clean when it's done.

You can pay with cash or a credit card. Once you pay, the gate opens and you enter the road that takes you to the wash building. You get signaled to move forward onto the track, place you vehicle in neutral and then let the car wash do it's thing. The interior looks like a disco tech with all the blinking colored lights as you make your way through nozzles, spinning brushes and finish with an auto dryer. All-in-all it was a good experience and a much faster one then driving up to the wash building, pay the attendant and potentially holding up the line while you pay with a cash or card.

Instead, they reviewed photos and immediately denied responsibility, even suggesting the damage happened elsewhere--despite the fact that I have a membership at their location. This is not a professional way to handle a claim. After reviewing the images, a reasonable next step would have been to invite me to their office to examine the damage directly, but that did not happen. I provided screenshots from a video clearly showing scratches, yet they continue to deny responsibility without offering any in-person assessment. They are relying on video footage taken from far away, on a wet surface, which barely shows the scratches. Anyone with basic understanding would know that wet surfaces and distance obscure fine details like brush or scratch marks--these are only visible up close. I requested an address to bring my car in and show the damage in person, but they have not provided that either. At this point, the issue is not only the damage to my vehicle, but also how dismissively and irresponsibly my claim has been handled.
