They had an opening from a cancellation on Tuesday morning, so I took that opening, and I was able to drop my car off on Monday evening. There is a key lockbox, and the the exterior has cameras all around for security. They finished the work about 6 hours before the estimated time (I was told evening, and it was done about noon on Thursday). I picked up the car on Thursday evening when I was available with no problem. They were thorough with instructions to protect the work done. I highly recommend Blackout.

Yelled...literally YELLED at me for doubting his work. He gets "offended when people ask him to double check his work" and needed a prepayment to take a look and see what might be wrong. Took it to the dealer prior and they told me they couldn't help and go back to the after market install guy. Idk why he yelled at me that the camera HE INSTALLED stopped working. What good is a 1 year warranty if you're gonna make me pay again anyways? Ps - dealer charged me $0 to take a look. Poor customer service and treatment. Would not reccomend.
