Delicious Burger! Crisp and yet not overdone. Really enjoyed it! Wish we had tried the onion rings but did enjoy the whoopie pie!

Bullet point review:…read more -Nice atmosphere, well designed and lit. -Everything is so colorful and new... -...except for some plastic glasses, which were chipped. Possible health code violation? -Only con was ALL eight TVs were playing sports. Come on! -Waitress Jess was alright, not particularly friendly but attentive. -For fatties like me who calorie count having it integrated into the menu was very helpful. -Ordered the appetizer sample - Probably not worth the price but the food was good. Guacamole Spinach dip was the weakest. Classic Buffalo, mozzarella sticks, thin chips, celery and quesadillas were satisfactory. -Portsmouth Clam Chowder was tasty. Didn't realize how good it was until it was almost gone. -Main meal was the Blackened Tilapia, which wasn't as dark as I expected. I already love tilapia so the more grilled taste improved it. Red potatoes were forgettable.

Service was fast and the waiter was extremely kind made sure everything was correct the food was…read moregreat the Whole Lotta Bacon Burger is one of my favorite things on the menu but I will say it's got a little more spice than they warn you lol but over all its definitely my favorite burger there the basket fries are crunchy and perfect and can go with any dipping sauce you prefer the Ultimate Tri was wonderful as well the wings at Applebees are always good wifey loves the little chicken tacos and the Fried Pickle Fries are interesting but good they are different then the little round ones most places serve but they are definitely good Applebees will always be a American Staple! Love this location it's convenient and around other shopping stops and if you go there during a heavy winter storm there is usually only plow drivers there very quiet!

Very nice server, pleasant and was understanding of my mother being hard of hearing. We had a beautiful Portabello Mushroom appetizer. . . . Honestly would be good for a party of 4!!! We ordered fish for dinner, baked haddock with a lobster sauce and the pan seared scallops. Both meals were plated well and piping hot, no heat lamps here!!! Baked Haddock had a lobster sauce and came with choice of two sides. The Scallops were on a bed of sun dried tomato risotto. I added a little salt on the risotto to bring out the flavors. Both dishes were creamy and delish!!! Definitely going back, gonna save room for dessert next time.

Finally ate here for the first time today, while passing through on a trip to get apple cider…read more While the prices are a *little* steep, I wouldn't call them unreasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. The people I was with both had the French onion soup and split a sharable portion of onion rings, and they said both were delicious. I had the chicken and cheese tortellini and while I am typically not a fan of pesto, this was delicious! It was a plentiful portion too, with more than enough for leftovers later today. Our server and the host were both friendly and welcoming and the ambience of the restaurant is beautiful. We will definitely be back again when our travels take us over to Alfred!
