When I picked up my car it was beautiful!! They even detailed it inside and out, and did a far better job than my dealer ever did on detailing. Just a note: my dealer wanted $150 over Lenny's quote and was not going to detail it. The staff and the workmanship is superb!

I was somewhat doubtful it would be repairable without purchasing new muffler and pipe even though other than the one broken spot, the exhaust parts were good. However, instead of being forced to purchase new muffler and pipe, Jordan's Custom Exhaust was able to fix just the broken spot. Good work and weld. Also added a small brace to increase rigidity. Overall, this also even saved me a bit of money and a lot of time when compared to ordering new replacement parts and installing them myself.

The thing that makes the experience so great for me is our salesman, Mike Cooney. Mike treats us like family and I know I won't leave without being well taken care of and with a hug from Mike. He really takes the time to make sure your needs are being met and that you don't feel pressured. Not a good experience at all. My jeep needed the front fender replaced and the door painted after…read morean accident. The day I picked it up, the new fenders light bulb was broken off inside the lens not working, the fender wasn't in line with the door and hood, the door had fish eyes in the clear and a buffer burn. I made another appointment to get these fixed which they did, no charge. Again, I had to pay for another rental car for three days though. While it was there I decided to have them replace the seat bottom foam and cover I had bought at the jeep dealership. I picked the jeep up discovering that upon reinstalling the seat, they poked a hole in the new oem jeep 600.00 seat cover and scratched both the door panel and sil plate with the metal seat track. Also, the air bag light was illuminated on the dash. They agreed to purchase a new door panel and sil plate, but the cover is no longer available. I suggested they repair the old one for me to have as a spare and leave the new one on with a hole for fear of more damage. That would not be anywhere close to the cost of buying a new one. It took several phone calls, stop ins and emails to get those parts from them. After many many months of the seat cover being at the shop, with the owner saying it would get repaired after I stopped to see, I gave up and picked up the unrepaired seat bottom cover, now covered in dust and dirt. Chapter closed at least. I don't just leave negative reviews, it's not my thing but I have never had to call, email and stop in a place of business so many times to get something fixed, yet not completely. This was an extremely unprofessional transaction. Each time there were easily seen things wrong. I understand things happen, but this was all in lack of quality control, honesty and follow through.
