My experience with Flash Limousine could not have gone better! My girlfriend and I used Flash because we had a concert to go to in a sketch location that we didn't want to walk to. So, we got a car from here. Our driver, Mike, was fantastic. He was right on time, on the dot. He texted me to let me know where he was parked outside of our hotel, and what kind of car it was. Once inside the car, he was super friendly. He made small talk and asked us about the concert. We told him that it was at a studio, and we weren't really sure where it was because we hadn't been there. He went above and beyond. This location is in a safe but industrial, empty area in town. He knew that, and was surprised that's where we were going. When we got to the still very dark location, he told us to stay in the car, got out, and investigated to make sure it was the right location and safe for us to disembark. I was thoroughly impressed, and I appreciated his genuine concern about dropping two girls off randomly in the dark. Before we left, he told us that if the concert ended early or late, just to text him a head's up so we could coordinate. The concert ended about an hour before we thought it would, so we texted Mike to let him know. By coincidence, he had just dropped someone off not too far from where we were, so he was there in about 15 minutes so we didn't even have to wait long. Buses passenger services (usb charger, lights, and outlets) we're all in disrepair. Stickers on windows make seeing out the window nearly impossible. May not be a big deal to all, but to me it made a big difference. Drivers did not give any kind of safety instruction at any time throughout our trip. Some drivers were using their phones and not wearing seatbelts while driving. Throughout the whole trip a strange noise was heard every tenish minutes at a very loud volume coming from the drivers. One driver decided to listen to music at a loud volume. These sounds made it very hard for people to sleep. During a long trip, switching drivers took a very long time causing our group to get behind at times. A few of our drivers were very professional and were always ready to go. Excellent bus service. Tracy (the in-office lady) was extremely helpful. My boyfriend reserved a bus for 40 people and it was spacious and comfortable ! Our driver was Ahmed and he was very friendly and did whatever we asked him to do . He was accommodating. He helped us with our music and was super communicative. Where do I begin?? If I could give zero stars I would! I booked 3 reservations for the entire day/night as to avoid hourly charges. It was a surprise for my husband's 30th birthday and I had his whole family fly in from out of town to come. I asked the limo driver to text me only since my husband would be home. My first driver text me saying to call him....ugh. I called. He asked if all of my family could come before our 2:30pm reservation since traffic was bad. Fine. I called my family and they came early. Only the limo driver was late! He showed up not only after my family, but also after the reservation time!! He also drove like a maniac!! We got there on time so whatever. Second driver was a complete and utter joke!! I called the company to ask for the driver's info (apparently they gave me a new driver each time). They said they did not have one assigned yet but would have him call me when he got there. He called and had me and my family (heels for some and a bad hip for my mom) walk around the entire united center to find him. Once we found him (in a white limo when we were told black) my mother in law commented on the lack of curbside service (in a joking-ish manner). The driver then said "Yeah well that's not what this company is about". Frustrated that I had just spent hundreds of dollars on a limo for this attitude (and yes, they charge you 20% gratuity ahead of time) I said "Yeah well that's what I paid for." He then started to mouth off to me and when my husband said "Please don't talk to my wife that way" he told my husband (whom this whole surprise is for!) "Dont give me attitude!". Once we got to the location he did not even get out of the vehicle to let us out. Driver three was great! Showed up early for us and drove nicely- got out of the vehicle to let us in and out. No problems. When I called the company on Monday to voice my complaints I was told they would talk to the drivers and call me back. No call back Monday. No call back Tuesday. I called back Wednesday and was transferred to the manager. The manager said he would not refund me and that I needed to provide screenshots of my text conversation to the driver to prove he was late because his driver said nothing happened. He said I should have called the company right away when the driver talked to us like that and should not have waited until Monday. I told him that I was not going to call the limo company and spend my time going back and forth when we had dinner reservations. The manager kept badgering me on the phone saying that I was telling him his driver had an attitude and that I should look at myself- that's probably why the driver did. WHAT?!? I have an attitude now because your company is a joke and refusing me a refund for poor service and also requiring me to take screen shots! When I told him it was ridiculous for me to have to send screenshots he asked "Why? Is it too difficult for you to send them?" I eventually found my way to a 25% refund. How kind. We used a lot of vendors for our wedding and this is the only one I regret hiring. So much so I wrote this on our honeymoon. We reserved a 35 person shuttle about 9 months before our wedding day. Called the day before to ask ice/cooler situation and was told drinking wasn't permitted on the shuttles. I can't blame flash for an Illinois law that doesn't make a ton of sense. I can blame flash that they didn't mention or alert us of this during our several booking conversations, and had nothing mentioning this in our rental agreement. It seems like a pivotal question to ask when wedding and party are mentioned at booking. We ended up paying slightly more for a smaller 24 passenger party bus. The problem was the day of our wedding it was in mid 80s and the bus they sent us didn't have working air conditioning. It was like a steam bath on the bus. Needless to say, the 40 minute ride from the ceremony to reception wasn't very enjoyable for the wedding party. When you are paying a company $1000 for a service you expect better. The driver agreed and said that if this happened to him he'd be pissed off as well. I wrote an email to Flash the day after our wedding. We had an amazing experience with Flash Limo!! I handled all the conversations with Traci and she was awesome, our driver was amazing as well. Everything was perfect and it was one major thing we didn't have to worry about on our wedding day. Regardless of other competitive prices, Flash Limo stood out when it cam to the difference is ease, convenience, and awesome professional attitude. I would recommend Flash Limo over any others I've dealt with. We visited few others and were given different prices than when we initially spoke, the locations were shady and felt like multiple businesses were ran... i just didn't get that AT ALL from Flash. I dealt with Traci from day one and don't have a single thing to point out that was a concern or caused a negative experience. Thank you so much!! Wanted to arrange a ride from McCormick place to Midway (for one of us) and then to O'Hare. They quoted a three hour trip (which took less than 90 minutes), they REQUIRED us to fax a credit card AND drivers licence, and the driver was 20 minutes LATE. Never again!!! Flash was beyond amazing when helping us coordinate 7 work shuttles to and from the airport. We had a nightmarish day when several of our flights were delayed but we could count on Flash even after an 8 hour delay! The mercedes Sprinter vans and SUVs were clean and smelled freshly cleaned. Stay far away! Bait and Switch! Buyer Beware!!!! When looking for a party bus for my daughter's wedding Flash Limousine not only gave us the best price but upgraded us to a 32 passenger vehicle at the 24 passenger party bus price. What a bait and switch! The day of they sent us a 24 passenger, not the 32, and the bus LEAKED!!! The bridesmaids had towels to keep the rain from leaking on them. A groomsman was seated on a drink holder trying to avoid the nail sticking out of it because there weren't enough seats for the group. After the wedding I sent an email to Mike at Flash letting him know how disappointed we were and haven't gotten a response. I am not surprised. Days before the wedding when I went to pay the balance Mike questioned how I got such good pricing. Seriously? The contract was from him! I had to send them the contract (again, from them) showing the price and he still questioned it. I shouldn't have been surprised when he sent the cheaper, crappy bus. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! My best friend's wedding was affected due to their lack of respect for the reservation time. They showed up at 1:54 for a 1:00 reservation. There was no call from the company to alert the bride that she would be showing up to the most important day of her life LATE! Once the bride called to question where the driver was the employees were nothing but rude. Now they're claiming she was ONLY 30 minutes late to her ceremony so it shouldn't be a big deal. Well it's kind of a big deal when you leave almost 300 people waiting at a church for 30 minutes, get your ceremony cut short and get less pictures than planned all because a limo company cannot honor their commitments. We needed a limo to pick us up from the venue after our wedding and take a group back to hotel. The limo got there half an hour early, my husband ran out to make sure the driver knew he was early and that we wouldn't be charged. There didn't seem to be a problem with this. I used Flash Limousine this past Labor Day weekend for a bachelorette party and I'm so relieved to say that everything went off without a hitch. I had read some pretty bad reviews on other sites about different party bus services and to be honest I was a little nervous about the whole process. I couldn't have been happier with how everything went though! Booking was a piece of cake with Theresa, she was so great at answering all my questions in a quick and timely manner. The night of, the driver met us at our pick up location which I had to change the night of (so easy to do!) an hour before I had booked and said we could get on whenever we wanted, so we got a free half an hour! The driver also told us we could go to as many places as we wanted and add additional places to our predetermined list (they make you say where you want to go in the contract beforehand). Our driver was absolutely fantastic, he definitely made the whole night a great success, I wish I remembered his name! FLASH LIMOUSINESThis Limo service is a joke. They told us at the last moment "the limo doesn't have A/C" quite honestly, my friends are troopers.... this isn't a deal breaker for our special night. So we get IN the limo to find that NOTHING works....no music to jam to, NOTHING electrical works and this puts a damper on the party experience we played for... as we sit chatting in silence, hardly the way to roll up to a concert experience. No one was apologetic, driver doesn't know where he's going so he defers to the party to give him directions back....worse yet, he cant follow simple directions and proceeds to miss not 1 but 4 to 5 consecutive turns. A simple twenty minute ride turns into a 55 minute ordeal. Hey, in a quarter of a mile, you'll see 159th street, turn left" Nope still missed (4x) What a horrible joke of a service, we called the credit card company. Zero stars if I could. We had booked a bus to go to a show in Toronto, the bus was an hour late because it apparently broke down on the highway on the way to us, and had to call for another one to come get us. It finally showed up, but we had booked a 25 seater and there were 22 of us that didn't fit. One person had to sit on the floor of the bus and we still had one more person joining us for the ride home. We all piled in and Not even 30 min later there was a pop and it lost all acceleration and the driver wasn't going to pull over. We had to convince him to pull off the highway. He then was going to try to pull back on into the live lane with no acceleration...we got him to put it in park and we got out. We had to arrange people to come get us all and we had to walk to the nearest car park. This made us think that we didn't actually get a new replacement bus, but rather the bus that broke down on the way to us. Definitely disappointed we missed our show and that companies do not service vehicles as they need to in order to keep people safe. Luckily, no one was hurt. read more

I booked Flash Limousine's 24 passenger party bus for my Birthday party this past weekend. It was awesome!! During the planning, I had to call about 4 times because I kept coming up with questions, but Shana was incredibly patient, helpful, and extremely pleasant to work with. The only issue I had was the paying process. If you use a cc, a cc authorization form had to be completed and returned. If you have access to a printer, that's no problem. However, if you use a smartphone, you can't complete the form because there is no way to type anything on it, so that was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, things went well. The bus was at my location a little early (so as not to be late), which I appreciated. The bus was clean, had a great sound system and was all I was hoping it would be. The driver was really nice, and very professional. I would absolutely use Flash Limousine again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a party bus. read more
