We all know that there is currently a car shortage due to the microchip explosion in japan so it's been super hard to get a car without forking out an arm and a leg. Many brokers gave me a run around about helping me before I went to Alex. After going back and forth on whether or not I wanted the car or not Alex was very patient. After making the decision and making the deposit my car arrived and was ready for delivery in about a month. It did take some time because of the car shortage/inventory shortage, which I did not mind at all. Otherwise if they had the car it's usually delivered in about a few days. There's a reason why I stopped dealing with "stealerships". I called Lenny Komsky and asked for advice. Not only did he take the time to try and get the car but when he was met with pushback(from the dealerships) he gave me the info needed to try and get the car I wanted from an out of state dealer. After calling a few dealers and giving them the numbers that Lenny told me the car should be selling at(much lower than what the dealers wanted), I finally got a dealer to call me back and agree to what Lenny told me the car should be at. The dealer than proceeded to send me the paperwork which Lenny asked for me to send to him to double check everything. Even though they made nothing on the deal, the Grand Prix team made sure I got the best possible deal and made sure everything was in order. I was even able to get the car delivered to my front door from a dealer close to 800 miles away for no extra charge. Again all tanks to Lenny and his team. I really don't know how to thank them for this. On top of all that, Lenny was able to get me out of my current Lease 8 months earlier so I can get the car I've been looking into. Mind you some dealers quoted me 800 dollars a month more than what I ended up paying for the same car.

We have previously purchased three Mercedes vehicles from different dealerships, including Mercedes-Benz of White Plains and a dealership in a neighboring state, where the level of organization, communication, and follow-through met the brand's reputation. At the time of purchase, the contract clearly stated that the vehicle would be delivered with two keys. However, only one key was provided. What followed was not a delay, but a pattern: for several months we were repeatedly given assurances that the second key had been ordered, located, or was pending delivery. None of these statements resulted in an actual outcome. We made multiple in-person visits, communicated directly with the assigned manager (Ilyas), completed requested forms, and complied with every instruction given to us. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved. There is no defined timeline, no ownership of the problem, and no evidence of effective internal coordination. In addition, based on our prior purchases, all required documentation -- including financing paperwork and vehicle registration -- was consistently delivered by mail within the expected timeframe. In this case, the vehicle registration has still not been received, and no one at the dealership is able to provide a clear explanation of its status. This is not an operational detail; it is a basic obligation tied directly to the completion of the transaction. During one of our visits, a personal item (headphones) was also taken from a table in the showroom within a short period of time while we were redirected by staff. While this incident is concerning on its own, it further reflects a lack of control over the customer environment. The central issue, however, is not a single mistake. It is the absence of accountability, the inability to close a transaction properly, and the repeated reliance on assurances without results. We are not first-time buyers and not difficult customers. We are clients who completed a significant purchase, including a substantial cash payment, and expected a professional standard consistent with the brand. Instead, we are left with unresolved contractual obligations, missing documentation, and ongoing lack of communication. Respect your time and expectations. There are dealerships that operate at the level the Mercedes-Benz brand represents -- even if reaching them requires additional time. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this dealership.

He didn't try to push us to make a decision, and was understanding of what we were looking for and how to help us. We were there for quite a while, and multiple days in a row (so we could bring in our trade, etc.) and he never made us feel like we were a burden or not worth his time.
