They started out really well a bit late on arrival but reeking of weed. This was a complex move with 2 drop-off items were marked to indicate what needed to go on the truck last,those that would come off first. Several of those items were left behind Upon arrival at my new apartment I was told that my late mother's bookcase was broken but they would fix it. What they did was leave and leave it outside my building less than 5 feet from a dumpster broken even more than it had been and not a word said to me, just left. So I called ans asked what they were going to do about my bookcase and was told their supervisor would contact me. So that didn't happen. I called a few times then texted but no reply. Now when they told me that they could fix my bookcase they said they left their drill at the house I was moving out of and asked me to go get it, which I did. The next day when I went back to the house I find my tools scattered everywhere not in the case as they had been. I go upstairs and find 3 rather large items that were marked to go last on the truck. I also was looking for the firestick that was on my TV Never found and why was it removed in the 1st place. Not like it stuck out from the TV it laid flat. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company since no one was trying to communicate with me. Now that I have won that dispute they are calling and texting me, too late, an entire month too late. Bad bad bad. Check pictures for proof. -Firstly, we had an appointment at 2 PM on Friday. They came an hour and 45mn later 3:45 PM precisely. -Later that night I noticed that I have 5 dresser legs and 2 blue baskets with things inside missing. I called immediately Kevin. He told me that he got my missing stuff and that he will be dropping it off Saturday morning. -Saturday at 6 PM. I texted him to ask him if he still coming. He said that he will bring my missing stuff later on. Later that night I texted him again and He said that he's in the county he won't be able to bring it anymore however, he will do it Sunday morning. -Sunday morning it was a no-call no-show. Sunday in the afternoon around 3 PM. I texted him again to ask him to give me an address so I can come pick up my missing stuff myself. He did not reply until 9 PM. He texted me that he won't be able to bring my missing stuff anymore because he left them at a customer's house. I told him that he need to return to the customer's house immediately and pick up my stuff and bring it to me because it's been already two days and he has been giving me excuse after excuse. -From Sunday night I did not hear from Kevin anymore. Monday I decided to write a review on his website, file a police report, and sue his company. read more

We requested a company that could move us in just a few days, and Flash Movers were up to the task. Kevin & his team worked nonstop to load ALL the boxes we had in the BASEMENT, and all of our furniture in a short amount of time. Everything was wrapped carefully, and a very professional team of 4 guys executed the job with no complaints. They pulled up to our house 20 minutes after we arrived, and emptied the truck, arranged all our furniture and also put everything together for us. Absolutely fantastic team. They got our entire 2-bedroom loaded into the truck in 2 hours flat. We didn't make it easy for them, with lots of awkward boxes, heavy furniture, and an oversized truck, but they followed directions quickly and efficiently and got everything packed in even better than we'd hoped. In fact, even after a fault with the truck in transit (one of the bars holding a support strap taut popped off the truck wall), what could have been a complete disaster of an avalanche was instead completely salvageable with virtually no damage thanks to how neatly everything was stacked. Day of the move they showed up right on time and immediately decided how they were going to wrap and load all of our belongings. Working with Kevin and his crew was a pleasure. He was great with communication in the weeks leading up to my big out-of-state move. I asked him to help me load my Penske moving truck. He carefully wrapped all of my belongings and big furniture items with moving blankets and stretch wrap, while his colleagues carefully loaded everything onto the elevator and into my rented 16ft truck. I was very impressed with the crew's meticulous attention to detail with protecting my belongings as well as carefully loading the truck for even weight distribution. The crew works very hard. When I arrived at my out-of-state destination, nothing shifted or fell over in the truck, all of my belongings were intact, and nothing was broken after unloading. Job well done. I needed someone to pick up a bedroom set I purchased on marketplace for my older parents. Kevin responded immediately with a fair price. His communication was prompt and excellent. They were punctual and fast. They wrapped all the furniture carefully and were very respectful and careful moving it into my parents' home. They worked fast, efficient, but we're also super conscientious. They placed all the furniture correctly and even set up the night stand by moving my parent's bed which wasn't even asked. I was referred to Flash Movers by another moving company after the first company was unable to fulfill my request. That being said, I would recommend Kevin and Flash Movers to ANYONE in STL. Each person in the 3-man crew (including Kevin) was fast, courteous and polite, and they took care of my items as if they were their own. The communication throughout the process was A-1. I filed a complaint about them because they breached our moving contract by not moving the items requested and not assembling them once they moved them as promised. I filed the complaint with the better business bureau because they scammed and extorted the client by increasing the contract price by working slow with a 5 man crew by arguing for an hour about how they should have completed the move in way less hours than they did. They increased the moving time to add more hours because they claim they didn't know it was an out of town move. We paid their fee although they did not move all the items and left 30 percent of the contents at the previous house and gave a 2600 dollar price to get the rest of the items that were paid fir in the first move. They left all the beds on the floor didnt put up the dining room table because they left their toolbox in the house our of town. I offered to go get the toolbox and deliver it to assemble the beds and Kevin told me rudely id have to pay him to give him his own toolbox. Kevin called me at 930pm talking very aggressively about why am I harassing his company then proceeded to call me from 6 different phone numbers and 6 times from a private number until midnight. Their scamming and INTIMIDATION TACTICS ARE RIDICULOUS. Do not trust these scammers... read more

Hired a four man crew for an out of town move they quoted us a price not knowing it was out of town. They damaged our furniture and flooring in both houses. They showed up 4 hours late saying they did not have enough boxes. They dragged a 5 hour move out to 12 hours. They didn't arrive at new house until Midnight and added 1200 dollars to the initial estimate because they charge 200 dollars an hour. They got into an argument for an hour about why they were taking so long. Their truck was not big enough and left 40 percent of the items. We must move them ourselves. They forgot their toolbox out of town at the other house and did not assemble the 2 out of 4 beds they were supposed to move. I volunteered to drive out of town to deliver their toolbox to them if they assemble the two beds and was told "that will be on paid time". The manager called us back to get the toolbox i was trying to give them with a second 2600 dollar quote yp retieve the items at the other house that we had already paid to not be moved. Very disappointed in their slow moving adding time to charge more breaching the contract and lack of sympathy for forgetting their toolbox to complete the move.
