We scheduled a second repair after they assured us they had the correct parts. I waited patiently for the technician until I realized he was nit coming. I called the store and the manager said their one and only repair man was sick. They didn't bother to notify me so i drove 100 miles to meet the tech for no reason. As of today we attempted to arrange another repair appointment but the management was very uncooperative at first but then they agreed to make "an exception " and scheduled the repair on a Friday in two weeks. Long story short i do not recommend buying anything from ABC.
