She was very polite, gave me several options in my price range and worked with me to do the paperwork, while I connected with the Owner for payment and arrange delivery. Because I had a tenant without a refrigerator she made every effort to arrange delivery within 2 days. The refrigerator was delivered today, as promised. Sebastian was there at 8:00 AM, as promised. Paul came a short time later to assist in the delivery process. Both were professional, polite and very careful during the entire delivery process.
