This is an elevated general store shopping experience! I discovered this location while traveling, it is not close to my home but if it was, it would be my daily destination for "fresh!" They have a huge selection of meats, seafood, cheeses, wine, beer, fresh cut veggies for easy meal preparation. One thing that is hard to find is old fashioned candies. They have them at this location! I bought coconut haystacks. Yummy sweetness! Stripling's General Store is amazing because it has all the necessary items you need to cook and you could even buy a birthday gift, hat, t-shirt, card, or a grill! It's okay but there are very few name brands to pick from and there is not a great variety of products. Prices are, I guess, reasonable for these inflationary times but not a great bargain. They are no threat to Walmart or Publix or any other large grocery chain. Some people may love it here but it's just not for me. If you need just a few items and you don't want to fight the crowd at Walmart, Aldi is your best bet.
