Not sure why there are 1-star reviews that say he charged differently than originally quoted. Nathan was by far the best priced in SFV and SCV. He quoted in me in e-mail and my invoice matched exactly (except for an upcharge for using a credit card). DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Where do I begin...First off, the owner Nathan quoted me a price per shirt when I first met him, which he denies. He later charged me WAY more than what was anticipated from our initial conversation. He didn't give me an invoice of the total cost and later said it was because we didn't buy our shirts from him and he doesn't give invoices just for screen printing? I even emailed his employee asking how much the total would be - no response. When I came to pick up my shirts I was in disbelief at the insane cost and Nathan was rude and dismissive not even looking at me while I was basically pleading to him - he just stared at his computer pretty much saying "Oh well pay the $2,900 or leave the shirts". He basically charged me $1,000 per 100 shirts and said the cost was per design and the tiny 1 inch front pocket cost was the same as the large design on the back?.. My store was opening the next day... I left and I called him and pleaded again to at least meet me half way for our misunderstanding - he only knocked off a few hundred dollars AFTER I mentioned his previous negative Yelp review... I came back with the cash to pay him because I had no choice, I needed the merchandise. When I got there, he was reading the previous negative Yelp review my employee wrote about his company and told me he could not release the shirts to me until she erased the review. She refused and he took us into a "back room" and pleaded to us about how the Yelp review would hurt his business. He didn't care that he seriously misinformed me about pricing and how bad it hurt my business/pocket, just concerned about the bad Yelp review being taken down. He STILL didn't help me out with the pricing, but we took down the review and paid him because our store opened the next day and we needed that merchandise. That was just the beginning.. I got home and checked the clothes and noticed all the front pockets of one of the shirt designs (60 shirts) was WRONG. Now, I originally sat down with the graphic designer to explain the files and what designs went with what - he told me my files were perfect and he understood... After seeing the design was wrong, I called Nathan to see if he would at least redo that small batch of shirts, but he blamed ME for approving it when his employee sent me a shitty phone picture that looked like it was correct. So, he offered to redo those shirts free IF I bought and brought in another batch of shirts - really? He said he didn't have any black shirts "lying around" his huge warehouse. I then asked if he could reimburse me just for those shirts. Of course not - but he offered me a credit for my "next batch" like I would ever do business there again. Ok fine - I was over it and just took the loss. NOW here we are... Nathan told us how great his quality is and that's why it is so expensive.. People are now ordering our clothes that he screen printed...The paint on the bodysuits he did is CRACKING (attached photos) and we are getting complaints. I am the owner of this small family business. Nathan completely took advantage of the situation and cared not one ounce that he misinformed me on pricing and that it hurt my business until that Yelp review went up the day we bought the merchandise. What a bummer. After hearing great things about Flannigans, I got terrible service from Nathan there. I submitted a well thought out written request followed by a few phone calls over multiple days (giving them time to respond) and no bid ever came. Each time I spoke with Nathan he asked that I resend my original email request, letting me know he not only had not taken action but he could not even keep his email inbox under control.
