I ordered the clam chowder and the cajun shrimp pasta. The chowder was the most unremarkable I have ever eaten. It had been thickened with so much corn starch I was able to stand my spoon straight up in the bowl and it stayed upright until I pulled it out 5 minutes later. The taste was that of first grade white paste. Try as I might I was unable to locate a single clam in the bowl. The cajun shrimp were well seasoned however the julienned veggies were just lightly blanched and extremely firm. At least they know how to properly pour a pint of Guiness. Overall food was meh. Ordered full rack of ribs and unlike past dinners, these ribs were dried out and parts so chewy it wasn't worth the effort. Probably cooked and reheated to long or left under a heat lamp forever! Recently had dinner with friends at this restaurant and bar. My friend asked if they had a list of their beers and he was blown away at the length of the list. They have dinner specials which include a salad, garlic rolls, a side dish and a drink which could be a soft drink, a glass of wine or a beer. I had the full rack of ribs dinner specials which include with a glass of beer. My friend had the same dinner and he was most impressed by the size of the meal and the reasonable price he had to pay. Horrible experience here! Waitlisted for 20 minutes, then had to wait 15 minutes before the waitress came to our table then she forgot my partner's drink. Other tables were struggling to flag her down because she was busy, I totally get it but check it with your tables at least once. We felt rushed out of our table. A manager (I think her name was Gaby?) was yelling at someone behind us? It was all really uncomfortable.

I used to go to Duffy's. But I feel their service and quality of food were not used like before. We went there for a happy hour after a long week. We didn't make it before lunch special but they still had a drink special and yummy food. I had a chicken sandwich with fried potatoes. It was yummy. My friends had ribs. I walked in and killed a roach at the hosts stand, then got seated and waited 30 minutes for a server. When she finally came she was super rude to the rest of my party. She didn't greet them or ask for their drink order and walked away with the menus without saying anything . The "Manager" Dacarlos laughed in our face when I was trying to explain which made us feel very hostile. I was holding my baby and the security was standing so close I felt harassed. Visited this establishment on May 29 for lunch. There were four in our party. I hadn't been to a flanigan's in years so I was hoping they were still as good as they used to be. Our server was friendly and attentive. He took time to explain the specials and ensured we knew all of the available offers. We dined inside and it was pretty quiet and the decor was nice. We sat at a high top table. I ordered a Melon Margarita and it was ok. As a meal I ordered the chicken wing meal deal. It came with 10piece wings, garlic rolls, a Cesar salad, and a choice of rice or fries. It also comes with a drink which I opted not to get since I had the cocktail already. Flanigan's is a Miami staple and although I hadn't been in a few years, I was happy that we were able to get a table when we walked in. It was a Sunday afternoon while the Dolphins and other football games were playing so I was worried we might not get a table but we were sat immediately. I got the medium wings 10 count with a basket of fries. My mom also got the garlic rolls which are always delicious but could've been warmed up. The wings were bigger than I expected and I ended up taking a to go box. Everything was pretty good and it satisfied my craving for wings. I also got a margarita but it was just ok. My waiter was Christophe let's start off by saying he's service skills are horrible , doesn't introduce himself , table sloppy with no napkins,and when he did bring napkins it was about 2 sheets . Walked in and was greeted by 3 ladies and shown to where the to-go booth area is but there was no one working there. 2 or 3 people ahead waiting and already seemed annoyed because they had been waiting for over 15min. One of them complained to one of the three ladies who were literally standing right next to us not doing much but chatting amongst themselves. We waited for a few more minutes and a lady finally came back to the to-go booth, turns out our food was right there and probably one of the other 3 workers could have literally given it it all of us waiting from the moment we got there but instead they had us wait for the other person to get there as our food got cold. Upon arrival, the hostess, Lizzie, greeted me with an incredibly rude gesture placing her hand in my face in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. It felt not only unprofessional but also deeply judgmental. Thankfully, Brittani, one of her colleagues, stepped in and completely changed the tone. She was warm, understanding, and sincerely apologetic. Brittani's kindness was a reminder that there are still good people in this world who care about how they treat others. While Lizzie's behavior left a strong negative impression, Brittani deserves to be recognized for her grace and professionalism.
