This was our first time at Flanigan's in Miramar, I wanted to try this location since it was new and must say I was very disappointed. I went on a Sunday game day so it was packed but the wait was less than 45 minutes. We were seated by the manager Cisco not too welcoming our server took our drink order and appetizers and then told us we would get another server because she was finishing her shift. The other server was not friendly we had to ask for our silverware on 3 occasions and for a refill and it seemed we were bothering her. The food & Drink: **Drink my daughter had the Mojito she stated it was good ** For appetizers we had wings and my daughter had the seafood gumbo she said it was good the wings were slightly undercooked. **Meal My daughter had salmon and baked potato with just butter they forgot the butter and she had to request it Salmon she said it was bland with no flavor at all. I had the Ribs and 1/2 a chicken with broccoli for them to say they have the best ribs I have to disagree as my ribs were burnt awful burnt taste and the chicken was undercooked blood seeping out of it, brocdolli was just broccoli. **Grandkids chicken stickers and fries were basic he didn't complain and ate it **Little one had the kid's burger and fries requested with cheese and hey forgot the cheese so it was taken back for the cheese to be added and they forgot so my daughter had to ask why was it taking so long for the cheese to be added. Just Came from here and i'm disgusted.... I ordered the half slab of ribs which was really good. I also got a sour green Caramel Martini which came out super strong. I asked for some sour green on the side to add it to my drink and when she bought it out, the glass was nasty, greasy, dirty. That's when I look at my Martini glass just to find out it was even DIRTIER!!!! I was drinking out of it for at least 30 minutes I am so disgusted!!!! Ended up here because we were hanging out at the FUN DEPOT locally and wanted a semi quick bite to eat. Upon arrival we were told it'll be under a 10 minute wait, awesome. However the turnover here is so high that the restaurant was quite filthy to say the least. Food was quick to arrive, decent, portions were huge from drinks to food but everything was subpar, wasn't made well or correct temperature. Had a last minute lunch for an associate on my teams last day and what better than good ol faithful Flanigans! Party of 9 and had the pleasure of receiving service from Ines J. What a great waitress. From her initial intro once she came to the table, her interaction and her attentiveness. Always made sure we all had refills, that our orders were correct and not bothered or flushed at all by 9 people at my table constantly asking for something, sorry! Even noticed one of my co-workers didn't like the fried shrimp she ordered and took it upon herself to remove it from the bill and suggest another plate. You don't see this type of service often unfortunately but we did appreciate it here. The wait times were usual for a Flanigan's as expected and the restaurant was clean and tidy. I picked up flanigans to go at the Miramar location on my way to visit some friends that live about 15 minutes away. I had visited this location about a year ago and had experienced a hiccup that was corrected. This time, it was a very large order so I wanted to be sure the order was right before leaving the restaurant. Decarlos, the manager, opened each meal for me to see and approve. Pros and cons to this place. It was very loud so we had to talk really loud. Food was good. Prices good. Customer service was excellent!! Don't like that they cook fried foods in same oils so if you have an allergy you are very limited to the food you can order. Drinks were great and worth the price. We walked in here at 7:30p last Sunday on our way back from Miami to get our Flanigan's fix. We live in CA and travel back to FL every year & love Flanagan's so it's a must on every trip to FL. We had never been to this Miramar location but were pleasantly surprised - it looks newer, was large & airy (much better than the older locations that are more intimate/claustrophobic with the lower ceilings) but it was all about the vibe, especially for game 2 of the NBA finals Miami vs Denver. There was a 2 hour wait to be seated, so we opted for Joe's-To-Go at the opposite end of the restaurant. We were told it would be 25 minutes to get our food, ordered a full slab with baked potato & 10pc wings, got our drinks in the infamous green souvenir cups, then sat outside on the planter with the rest of the crowd to enjoy the game while we waited. Although it took longer than 25 minutes, the server was extremely helpful & attentive, topped off our fountain drinks, and ultimately brought our food outside to us with another apology for the wait - I didn't get her name but she was great!! Now THATS customer service. Although the food was great, the wings were hardly luke warm temperature- so minus a star for that. By the time we left, there were 4 cop cars in the parking lot (mostly all double parked), but the cops were only there to watch the game - this place is definitely a great place to watch a Miami game. The mobile smoke shop parked in front was interesting & new to me (hence the pic lol). Out of all the Flanigans locations that we've been to over the years, this is definitely our favorite. read more

Lousy service from waiter Adam and pompous Manager, Tony. MY husband and I sat down at around 2pm, Monday, January 5. We ordered the lunch special and was told we can order the top shelf drink because we had the coins for free drinks which we gave at the beginning. After eating and ready to pay Adam all of a sudden informed us that we cannot use the coins for liquor for lunch specials. So we had to pay for a drink and a beer which we didn't want. So we asked for the manager who never came to our table, but upon leaving, my husband says there goes the manager Tony standing at front counter talking not even on his way to our table, he goes in on me saying you know how the lunch special works, no we did not with coins, but your employee should have been more informed, so of course I had words with so called Manager Tony who could've cared less. I will definitely write and call Corporate. Didn't even want to give 1 star. read more

First, let me begin with my absolute love for Flanigan's. It has been a staple in my life and now my family's for many, many years. I've been going to their locations over the years since 1989. I've seen how they've grown and we are beyond happy for them because the Flanigan family are a gem and just great people. Unfortunately, this Miramar location just doesn't meet up to the standards of all their other restaurants. We've been there on several occasions, but the food is more of a miss than a hit. The quality and standards of the food is not the same compared to our other visits. We have given wings that weren't cooked properly or salads that have old lettuce in it. There's been countless other issues that I really don't care to remember. I'm not sure what's going on in the kitchen, but it's heartbreaking since we love these restaurants so much. Service team always looks stressed, which also brings stress to us. Not a good vibe. It seems like they don not schedule enough people making it difficult for service to take care of so many tables. Since there's not enough of them, they can't tend to everyone properly and the delays in getting you food or help is tragic. We've tried to give Miramar a chance more than once, but we gave up. We rather drive all the way to the one in Pines or Hialeah Miami Lakes. (We just recently tried the new reopening of the one on Sheridan and that one was top-notch!) read more

Guys, there's a new Flanigans opening in Miramar on April 18 !!! This new location is spacious, with plenty of parking. When we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, and that really goes a long way! Our waitress, Carolina was fantastic! She was very sweet and attentive. The menu was limited for the preview, but we ordered the (AWARD WINNING) CHICKEN WINGS, Dolphin sandwich and Philly Cheessteak sandwich. Everything was delicious and well cooked. The best part was of our visit was the exceptionally genuine, friendly, professional service we received from Carolina and the rest of the staff. We'll be back again!
